Charming location, wonderful home and super helpful hosts! Mrs. Marianna was very kind and super quick to respond, from the moment of booking. He gave me clear and precise directions on how to get to the accommodation and, once we arrived, we were greeted by Mr. Paolo. Both were open and very helpful in providing advice of all kinds. The house and its garden are very well maintained and well stocked: the house is clean and equipped with linens that seemed new and certainly well sanitized - both for bed and bath. A very welcome plus was the breakfast: the hosts provided us with delicious homemade pastries, as well as various breakfast products (various types of croissants, biscuits, jams, tea and coffee, etc.). In the house, there are brochures, in various languages, with various information on places to visit, events, restaurants, and much more. Highly recommended, we will certainly be back!

Great apartment with fantastic views of the beautiful mountain village of Mulazzo. Despite exceptionally high temperatures in Italy, the house kept very cold. The equipment of the apartment was good, the garden beautiful and the quiet location in the middle of nature with this view simply brilliant. We felt the proximity to the neighbors living on site was very pleasant. The route is a bit bumpy and has a challenging steep curve. Absolutely recommended! Dear Patrizia, thank you for everything, we will be happy to come back!

It was all as described in the listing, we were only one night as we were invited to a party in the area. The only disturbing thing was the dogs in the area, but this barking doesn't always have to be, otherwise everything was perfect, so highly recommended also in terms of price, performance. Our family vacation (4 people) in this place was an absolute dream and in reality much more impressive than in the photos. The entire property is immaculately clean and exudes a wonderful, peaceful atmosphere. For our children and us, the pool in front of the breathtaking mountain scenery was the daily highlight – a perfect place to unwind and enjoy. The location is fantastic to escape the ordinary and be active at the same time. We explored the area on several beautiful hiking tours. But what really makes the stay special are the hosts: Chris and Joanna are incredibly warm and helpful. Their hospitality is exceptional. We highly recommend this place.
