Beautiful house in a perfect location! We had a fabulous weekend and loved the property. Very tastefully decorated with everything we needed. Garden is a wonderful sun trap. Location couldn’t be more perfect. Just off the Main Street with all the shops, cafes etc and a couple of minutes from the beach. Ideal! Very responsive owners made everything super easy. Thank you.

This is the second time I have stayed at Andy’s place for a hen-do! All the hens absolutely loved the house and all the land surrounding it. Rooms are all spacious and could easily fit 10 hens in each downstairs room. The hot tub was a massive hit too - it’s basically a mini swimming pool! Andy was more than happy to have our party host external activities (flower crown making, life drawing and cocktail making). We had asked if it would be possible for a slightly earlier check in to decorate, and Andy was able to do this for us which was a massive help! Any issue we had, Andy was really quick to respond. We had a leaky sink, and within 10-mins of sending the text, Andy had sent a handyman to the house to sort! Great stay, and would happily stay here many times again. Thanks Andy.

We enjoyed a wonderful few nights at the jungle cabin... And wow... What a place to stay! We were looking for something special and we weren't disappointed... Jon and his partner have really thought of everything...we really appreciated all the hard work that had been poured into the construction of the cabin as well as the amazing decor which was decadent. The bed was super comfy... We really enjoyed having a glass of bubbly in the hot tub! When we were done... A glass under the canopy with a blanket to warm back up was just the ticket. If you are looking for somewhere to get away from everything and reconnect with one another this is an amazing find! Totally recommend 100%

We enjoyed a wonderful long Easter weekend in this charming cottage. The space was cozy and perfectly appointed, lots of old charm - original cottage was built in 1550! - and special touches that delighted our children and made us feel like we were in quite a magical little space. The gardens are beyond gorgeous and just a lovely space to sit in the sunshine and watch our children play. It was a wonderful weekend filled with children’s laughter, bird song and cozy nights by the fire as a family. Thank you Tim & Maite for sharing your gorgeous cottage with us. The children are already asking we come back soon!

My partner & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was peaceful & quiet & away from the rat race & private. Just what we needed!! Charlotte was very helpful as we weren't due to turn up until quite late in the evening. She made sure someone was up to navigate us to the Shepherds Hut as it was pitch black. Luckily we packed a torch so we could find the path to the hut. We ordered a takeaway the evening we arrived from the menu's in the hut which was delivered without a problem. We walked to the local pub, The Chequers, the next afternoon which took just under 1/2 hour along the country lane which was nice in the glorious sunshine & did not see one vehicle until we arrived near the pub. The scenery along the way was amazing. The food in The Chequers was lovely & the drinks were reasonably priced & the staff were really friendly, that we stayed there for lunch & dinner! We did not venture out in the car but I believe there are plenty of things to see & do nearby. Would recommend.

This was by far one of the best places. The little touches, chocolates, prosecco in fridge, ice machine, coffee pods, sugar, salt pepper, oil, stunning location, hot tub warm 24/7 with little shelf 4 drinkies, Bbq/fire pit and all accessories, squeaky clean, bathroom accessories beautiful towels, bath robes. Kari was outstanding as a host and we had fantastic experience. Local gastro pub down road. it was all perfect x

My 7-year-old son and I had an unforgettable 2-night stay at Julia’s Airbnb Safari tent! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely immersed in nature but still had all the cozy comforts we needed. The tent was beautifully set up, super clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything from a comfy bed to little touches that made it feel special. Julia was a warm and welcoming host, and we truly appreciated her hospitality. It was the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation — my son is still talking about it! We can’t wait to come back!!

Lovely little barn, with beautiful views. Vivienne let us book very last minute and yet she still bought all lovely goodies for breakfast. Vivienne is one of the nicest hosts we have met. Our Labrador loved it. There’s a lovely walk to the local pub. Only 20 mins drive from Rye. Will definitely return.
