Included in your stay is your very own private garden, complete with hot tub & summerhouse to relax in. The property also has private parking plus a secret woodland hideaway. Within walking distance is both Sharsted Wood and Doddington Place Gardens which are great for exploring, plus our local pubs - The Black Lion and The Chequers Inn which are perfect for a spot of lunch or a dinner reservation.

Located on a 120 acre farm. The ultimate star gazing pad. The unusual lodging is fully equipped to help you enjoy a excellent and original night. A cosy bed, a toilet, shower, clean towels and a thousand stars over you. Lay in bed turn off the lamps and start counting. You certainly won’t forget your time in this intimate Garden Room sunken into the grounds of our garden with stunning views of our paddock/ old orchard and surrounding countryside of the beautiful village of Hernhill. We have great sunsets in this area which you can watch from the Garden room.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Lovely cosy cottage ideal for a couples getaway from it all. The Cottage is a 6 min drive from the beach or a lovely 20 min walk taking in the woods along the way. St Margaret’s at Cliffe is a 10 min drive and has a lovely secluded beach with a cabin selling teas coffee bacon rolls and ice cream 🍨 and a lovely pub The Coastguard . Deal town is about 10 mins drive away and has a wealth of shops and restaurants. Great market on Saturdays

The Times featured us! Sappington Granary is a secluded, romantic hideaway in pretty Kent countryside. This 200yr-old wooden farm building has been updated, but retains its unusual charm. Delightfully & individually decorated, it is one of a kind. Inside it is snug & romantic. Perfect for little breaks, peacefully isolated but still close to Canterbury and beaches. Walk in nearby woods, the local valleys or even (if very energetic) to the pub, it is the perfect couples' break.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This property is within 5 minutes walking distance of the Woods and our local award winning Gastro pub, The Dove. We are only a 10 minute drive into Whitstable & Faversham & an approximate 15 minute drive into the historic city of Canterbury. Seasalter & Whitstable Beaches are also just a 10-15 minute drive away. During the week the local bus runs into both Whitstable & Faversham and Taxis are readily available from either town.
