Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Canterbury

Regular visitors to Deal & Walmer this was our first visit to Tobias's sea view flat. It's in a great location and very easy to park nearby. Opening the living room curtains in the morning to sit at the table with a coffee and book, looking across to the sea, is the perfect way to start the day - and while away a few hours! The flat felt very homely and had everything that we needed - preferring to venture out to local restaurants ourselves, rather than cooking - but the kitchen had everything that we needed, plus another lovely view.

Had an amazing weekend, accommodation was perfect and as described. Beautiful location, parking definitely a bonus - this won’t be our last visit!

This apartment is fabulous, as it's overlooking the beach and sea it's very quiet. You cannot hear a sound from any of the other apartments either. It's spotlessly clean, beds are very comfortable and there's lots of kitchen equipment with up to date ovens, hob etc.

Our favourite local escape is Ramsgate and Sandwich Bay. Never disappointing. The Royals Sands, “LookOut” apartment just added to our experience. We really enjoyed staying in the luxurious yet homely apartment. Everything about the apartment was perfect. Cleanliness and the layout. Spacious and very social open plan kitchen diner living room is place for fun and games of all kinds. The local fishmonger “Fruits de Mer” will provide you with great seafood should you wish to make a meal in the lovely kitchen of the “LookOut”! Nevertheless, all good restaurants and eateries are just a few minutes walk away. We loved the views from the balcony and the sofas. We opened the doors in the mornings to hear the gentle waves crashing on the shores of the Sandwich Bay and the seagulls murmuring and squabbling. I love seagulls, perhaps it’s because I loved Jonathan Livingston Seagull as a child. If you are looking for a Tranquil and romantic get away “the Lookout” will set the scene. Many thanks!

This was a very last minute booking after another trip was cancelled. But this was no problem for Simone who contacted us after our booking to say heating was on and the apartment was ready! The apartment looks just like the pictures, and we absolutely loved the fabulous sea views. The apartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable. It is a good location for reaching some of the highlights of this region and we were lucky to have some great weather. Whitstable was a favourite day out, especially cream tea at the Castle tea rooms. We also enjoyed Sandwich - and Broadstairs which we walked to along the beach. Captain Digby pub just across the road recommended for a friendly welcome and great food. Botany Bay a great lunch stop. All in all we had a fab time at Simone's place - it was VERY good value for what we paid.

Mark and Melanie are wonderful hosts and very welcoming. The place is exactly as described in the listing and it is very cozy and peaceful. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and we had all of the amenities we needed for a peaceful stay. The EV charging was an added feature and very useful to us. The surrounding property is picturesque and charming. Over all we can highly recommend staying at this place to other guests! Thank you again.

A wonderful last minute short break to Rye. We found the house perfect for our needs, spot on location to amble into Rye within minutes. Really appreciate the electric car charging point and all the house guide was well laid out with lots of local recommendations. Highly recommended, would definitely stay with Jasmin again!

Great place to stay out of the hustle & bustle of Whitstable but a gorgeous walk in along the beach / coast walk - flat and easy for all. Really enjoyed staying in this area - lovely houses and beach feels very private. Plus the house is 3 houses down from the sea and upstairs bedrooms have great seaview. Very sociable space - 4 couples stayed and we had so much room to cook, eat & sit and the garden is a bonus.

A lovely spacious and beautifully presented house and garden that was perfect for our group of 5. Off street parking with a charge point was a bonus. We love Broadstairs anyway, but the location was great. Far enough from the centre to be peaceful but everything in easy walking distance. Karim was a great host and went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable.

Stayed at this barn house for two nights and honestly, it was just what I needed. Super quiet, peaceful, and a great spot to escape all the usual noise. The wood-burning hot tub was such a nice bonus—perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The host, Tim was great too—really helpful and quick to respond to any questions. If you’re after a chill countryside getaway, this place totally hits the mark.

What a beautiful place to stay! The attention to detail was amazing and it had all the possible amenities you could need. Diewertje was incredibly responsive and even left a little gift for our 1 year old which was extremely kind. We really enjoyed using the log burner on some cold and windy evenings. The location is also great for exploring the local area. We would not hesitate to stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Nikki’s annexe. Probably the best Air BnB we have ever stayed in. Everything was pristine and very comfortable with everything we needed and more. The breakfast supplied was lovely and the snacks of biscuits, fruit and other bits were a very nice touch. Nikki and her husband were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend to others and hope to book again in the future.

What a beautiful eclectic home. Everything we could have wanted. My family (13 + the dog) wanted a special Easter holiday and we got it. Close to the beaches so lots of fun for the children. Vivien was an excellent host. Always there when we needed her.

We were pleasantly surprised by our accommodation! The house is incredibly neat and tidy, and it has such a lovely scent. The bedding, towels, floor mat feels even better than what you’d find in a 5-star hotel! The only little hiccup we encountered was with the shower in the morning—it seemed to struggle a bit after two people had used it, with hardly any water coming out. Overall, though, we really loved our stay! thank your Cecile and Richard will definitely recommend this accommodation to our friends.

Marion has gone above and beyond to make your stay the best possible everything is clean and there is plenty of room for a comfortable stay having a private garden made a big plus to our stay Marion was always on hand if we needed anything but our stay was private and peaceful there are two pubs in the village and a village shop for coffee and cake we will definitely be back to stay soon this is the best air bnb we have stayed in thank you marion

Is a lovely flat for getting around Medway. perfect location for shopping at dockside or popping to the nearby restaurants. stocked tea and coffee which we appreciated.

I would highly recommend this location and host. The apartment is new and is exactly as shown in the photos, nicely decorated and very clean. Convenient location for local amenities. Private parking right outside the apartment. It was super easy to get in with the hosts instructions. The host was super responsive in answering our questions.

I highly recommend a stay at Tara's place! I visited Canterbury to attend a conference at the University of Kent, and I'm so glad I chose this AirBnB for my stay. The day before I arrived, Tara asked if I had any preferences for breakfast goodies that she could provide. There were crumpets, raisin buns, biscuits, and fruit waiting for me, as well as milk, butter, and jam in the fridge and several kinds of teas, coffee, and even drinking chocolate. The flat is beautifully decorated, and the bed is quite comfortable. I had trouble getting out of bed the morning of my conference, I was so comfortable. I also appreciated the washer in the unit, and Tara even dried my damp jeans in her dryer. Lastly, she offered to drop me at the train station, which was so appreciated! The flat is well located - about a 10-minute walk from the train station, a 15-minute walk from the cathedral, and a 10-minute bus ride to the university. I'd gladly stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Monica’s & Jeremy’s lovely apartment! The apartment has every amenity you could wish for and the location is ideal! We had truly excellent communication and assistance throughout our stay. We have no hesitation in fully recommending a stay and we very much look forward to returning in the near future!

I had a wonderful stay at Becca’s place in central Folkestone. It’s a really cool place with very friendly hosts. The apartment has everything you need and it’s really peaceful. It’s a short stroll down to the creative quarter and the harbour side/beach. Becca’s place is comfortable, spacious and beautifully decorated. The apartment has a massive comfy bed, lovely drip shower and a big living room and kitchen with everything you’d need for a stay in Folkestone. It’s right across from a lovely park. There’s a shop round the corner which is super convenient too. Folkestone had cool cafes, amazing restaurants and pubs with great food. The town is arty and fun. I’d 100% stay again.
