This family cottage, has all the charm of a mountain accommodation while offering beautiful modern services. It is a new construction from 2018 of more than 80 m2 on land from 600 sqf to 1290 m altitude.

Les Chalets du Puy des Fourches are located in a large green and quiet area, one kilometer from the center of the village of Marcolès. The Chalet des Clarines is a 5-minute walk to the village of Saint Genès Champespe, 1000 m above sea level. It is close to Besse and Super Besse. In a very cozy atmosphere, the Chalet des Clarines welcomes you in a green setting, with a view from the south-facing terrace of the Monts du Cantal, and a view at the back of the Massif du Sancy. My accommodation welcomes couples and families with children.

Area of 110 m2 with kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 4 bedrooms (one of which opens onto the mezzanine) with double beds. Terrace, garage, 3500 m2 lot.
