We welcome you, summer and winter, in our comfortable cottage (old renovated barn), with neat decoration, at the foot of the hiking trails and 20 minutes from the Lioran resort for a warm holiday. The gite, with a surface area of 65 m², can accommodate 4 to 5 people. It is an open plan space with: a spacious bedroom with a queen bed, 1 shower room, a mezzanine with 2 90 beds, a kitchen area (fully equipped), a dining/living area with its wood burning stove.

The famous Saint-Nectaire, Cantal, Fourme d'Ambert cheeses from Auvergne await you in the surrounding farms and shops, duvet covers and towels are provided, a plancha is at your disposal, a secure park 300 m from the house for children

Enclosed and wooded land 5 minutes from Lioran station as well as various hiking or other activities nearby. The house has 3 bedrooms with double beds. If you are looking for calm, this is the ideal house at the foot of Puy Mary in the place called Louradou. at the start of various hikes, GR400, mountain biking, TRAIL, cross country skiing, snowshoeing. 15 km from Lioran ski resort (if road is clear). 15 minutes from the Jordanne Gorges, Lake Graves Grocery store, bakery, restaurant 1.5 km from the house. Aurillac 25 km away weekend or other rental, except July and August by the week.

The house is located in the very quiet village of Mandailles, at the foot of the large Puy Mary site. Summer: The Pleine Nature Station offers plenty of activities. 15 minutes from Lac des Graves. Starting point for GR 400 hikes. Winter: skis, snowshoes. 18 km from Lioran ski resort (if the road is cleared of snow). 15 minutes from the Jordanne Gorges, Lake Graves, nearby shops, hotels, restaurants, grocery store, bakery.
