If you are looking for calm, this is the ideal house at the foot of Puy Mary in the place called Louradou. at the start of various hikes, GR400, mountain biking, TRAIL, cross country skiing, snowshoeing. 15 km from Lioran ski resort (if road is clear). 15 minutes from the Jordanne Gorges, Lake Graves Grocery store, bakery, restaurant 1.5 km from the house. Aurillac 25 km away weekend or other rental, except July and August by the week.

This detached house dates from the 19th century, it has been renovated but retains its character and the original layout of the rooms. It is surrounded by a large enclosed garden. Bedroom number 2 has a balcony and views of the Cantal Mountains.
