Pets are allowed but the property is not fenced and I provide a plaid for the sofa if necessary.

A great apartment. Very well equipped, it has everything you need. It's very quiet and nice! The welcome is very well organized and the hosts are at your disposal. A real cocoon. We recommend 1000%.

Very happy with my stay at Fabien's, the accommodation matched the description and Fabien gave us plenty of tips on nearby restaurants and hikes. The accommodation is very quiet despite being in the center of Aurillac. Easily accessible and easy to park at this time of year. Good mattress in the bedroom and everything you need for cooking. Super pretty decor. A hair dryer and some herbal teas would be the icing on the cake. We'll be happy to go back

Cosy gîte in a beautiful and peaceful place. Very warm welcome from Laurence (and Petsy) made extra special by the homemade brownies and jam. Gîte is very comfortable and has everything you need for a perfect stay. Loved having breakfast on the balcony. The pool was an added bonus. And our dog loved meeting a new friend Petsy and playing in the large garden. Would definitely recommend and we would definitely go back. Thank you for a relaxing short break Laurence.

We enjoyed the exchanges of emails with Emmanuel and Elodie, as well as information about the sites to visit, the farmers' shops and we enjoyed the Cornet festival in Murat. Very functional accommodation with all the necessities and very quiet even if we were in the heart of the city. We recommend it without problem.

Perfect location for this accommodation with parking space - kitchen (toaster missing) and dining room a little dated (but true to photos) and bedding a little soft - the 2 terraces are very nice: kitchen side for breakfast and living room side for the afternoon. The apartment is large. We'll be happy to go back!
