Nice condo with comfortable beds and supplies for making meals there. Keep in mind this condo is on the third floor and no elevator. Great location to any where you need to go in Rochester and only about 10 minutes from Mayo Clinic.

James is an amazing host, always helping us and and trying to accomodate our needs. The house has a perfect location, walking distance to Mayo Clinic and restaurants/bars. The place was very clean and everything worked perfectly.

Connor was an outstanding host. He communicated clearly, proactively, and made everything easy. He worked with us on our stay and we are so grateful! The place was nice. It had everything we needed. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit.

We were so glad to have Marlo's house to stay in as we said good-bye to a beloved family member and remembered him with laughter and tears. The house was peaceful, extremely clean, and comfortable.
