It has a spacious kitchen/living room with a French fireplace and a bathroom on the lower floor. The mill is located in Boimouro, a spectacular rural setting by the river Mazo and known as "the jewel" of the council of El Franco (Asturias). The mill has capacity for 6 people: 2 double bedrooms and a loft, living room with fireplace, TV, DVD, stereo, heating, fully equipped kitchen and dining room, bathroom, Wi-Fi, private parking and a 1300 m2 of a private garden with 3 different areas, a trees and flower garden, a picnic area and solarium at the top of the house with a gorgeous view.

Rural hamlet LOVenturo (Lugar O Venturo) now consists of two guest houses – House O Venturo and Cabaña de Jardin (Garden Cabin) separated by the terraces with distance of 25 metres approximately between them – so the guests can enjoy privacy of their own space. There is an option to rent two houses – ask for special offer as well as for a long-term stay.
