La casa es preciosa. Es la segunda vez que la alquilamos y seguramente volveremos!

We had a great time in the house. 1. We found it easily, with very clear instructions provided 2. The place was very clean 3. The rooms were large and as described, and the bedrooms had blinds/shutters so they were dark for sleeping 4. There were plenty of items in the kitchen, so it was easy to cook 5. Parking was very easy - on street or in the garage 6. The view of the beach/sea was great from the rooms and garden 7. There were lots of things to entertain - games, beach toys, bikes, beach towels etc.

Una estancia espectacular en familia, 4 personas y 3 perritos. Hemos estado un fin de semana y se nos ha hecho corto. Ha sido incluso mejor de lo que pensábamos. El terreno enorme, una casa muy espaciosa, limpia y ordenada, y una piscina espectacular. Salva no nos puso ningun impedimento en la llegada ni en la salida, muy flexible e incluso nos ayudó a llegar. Muy receptivo y amable. La casa ofrece una tranquilidad impresionante, se esta fenomenal, tiene mucho jardín y nuestros 3 perritos lo han pasado en grande correteando por todo. Además está todo bien vallado y super seguro para ellos. Tiene una zona de BBQ y todas las instalaciones estan en perfectas condiciones. Ha sido espectacular estar en casa de Salva, y su atención aún mejor. Seguro que repetiremos. Estamos encantados, no podíamos haber elegido mejor. Sin duda ha cumplido con nuestras expectativas.

Had a fantastic stay - thank you Maribel! The house and garden were even bigger than they looked in the photos and absolutely perfect for kids to play in. The house was very clean, comfy and well equipped and great for being inside or outside depending on the weather. The neighbourhood was very peaceful and we loved strolling to the beach for a swim each day. Maribel gave some great restaurant recommendations and helped with supermarket directions, and it was an easy walk to churros and icecream at Canet. We’d all love to come back!

Wir waren sehr glückliche Gäste bei Mónica und Robert und wären gern noch viel, viel länger geblieben. Von Anfang an fühlten wir uns gut umsorgt. Viele Kleinigkeiten wurden von den beiden so vorausgesehen, dass man das Gefühl hatte, dass man sich gut kennt. Dabei haben sie sehr sorgsam unsere Privatsphäre beachtet und waren so leise, dass wir nie merkten, dass sie überhaupt nebenan in ihrem Wohnhaus waren. Vielen Dank für alles! Wir kommen gern wieder!

Very friendly host and easy to communicate with. The house was clean, but cosy. It had everything we needed. The house is out of the center, but we found everything within walking distance. Enjoyable terras and clean swimming pool. The neighbourhood has many dogs barking at you when you walk by. It does not disturb when you're at the house, however if you're scared of dogs there is no way of avoiding them when walking to and from the house. Highly recommend the place if you don't wish to be in the center.

Villa Jungla (“VJ”) is exceptional. While maybe not on-par with some ABNB places that are closer to central Valencia or as to historical style, it worked well for us. Even if not “luxury” to some, it definitely is up-scale. Space was important, for family to not be cramped and beds & sizes to best accommodate them with window shades. And quick access to the airport. VJ has it. Plane noise was not an issue; the place is well-insulated with dual-pane windows for comfort & noise. From ABNB inventory we saw in multiple city sections, VJ beat all others hands-down as to value. One family member (who travels extensively and stays in ABNBs globally) was concerned that the location was far from central VLC. Turned out that was not an issue, as I had surmised; the metro made access easy within 30-35 minutes including walking to Rosas station (nearer than Manises station). Principal grocers and variety of eateries are convenient. Overall, a great place.

We were not left disappointed. Marcela provided us with clear instructions on how to get into the property. The property itself was as described, if anything bigger than expected - plenty of space to relax! We enjoyed the outside space and made use of the grill during our stay. The area itself is quiet with many opportunities for hikes. The supermarket is a 5 minutes away.

No solo coincide al 100% la descripción, además la estancia ha sido muy buena. Fernando muy atento, nos ha recomendado donde comer, como movernos por allí, todo lo que necesitaramos. Sin duda lo recomendamos. .

Espe’s place was fantastic. A great location for walking to the beach, the bus/ metro stops, and the local market. The area felt really friendly and there were excellent local bakeries and bars. A large nearby park was a great bonus for our 6 year old. The house was spotless, well proportioned and had comfortable beds. Getting in and out of the house with keyless entry was really easy.

Excelente lugar para desconectar de la rutina ya que estas en la montaña, zona muy tranquila, excelente si tienes mascota. La casita muy mona y muy bien preparada con todo lo indispensable para pasar la estancia lo mas cómoda posible. Nos encanto mucho la casa, lo único que añadiríamos nosotros serian unas mosquiteras en las ventanas y a ser posible unas cortinas para una mayor privacidad pese a que la vivienda esta rodeada por una valla de cañitas con lo que seria una mayor privacidad para el interior. En rasgos generales muy agradable y con opción a repetir estancia. El día de irnos se nos acercaron para conocernos y son muy amables y muy considerados.

El alojamiento es viejo pero quedan las necesidades básicas cubiertas. Todo muy limpio y te sientes cómodo. Carlos, un gran anfitrión, muy muy atento.

De villa was nog mooier dan de foto’s, geweldig ruim. Mooie kamers. Superluxe afgewerkt. Werkelijk alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig. Schone zwembad en heerlijk warme jacuzzi. Wij waren met 9 personen en hebben werkelijk niks negatiefs te melden. Alberto was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hij heeft de villa zelf ontworpen en het is werkelijk een kunstwerk. Kan deze villa zeer aanbevelen. Als je op reis bent met de family bent en wilt genieten van luxe, maar toch ook op korte rijafstand wilt zijn van Valencia dan is dit de plek.

Un alojamiento sorprendente en una ubicación espectacular para desconectar y relajarse, las vistas al mar y la montaña no defraudan y dejan unos amaneceres y atardecer increíbles. La casa está preparada con todo lo necesario para una escapada perfecta. Tiene una sala de estar con una TV grande con varias plataformas de películas, piscina privada ( una antigua balsa acondicionada y perfectamente cuidada). Muy importante que nuestro compañero de 4 patas es bienvenido en la casa ( Petfriendly). La casa es bastante autosostenible ( luz de placas solares preparada para consumir poca agua) Laura la anfitriona es un encanto, muy atenta en enseñarnos la casa y en recibirte con mucha simpatía, te hacen sentir como en tu casa.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Alex, celui-ci a été très accueillant et arrangeant. Le logement est très bien, simple et fonctionnel, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour les enfants, c'était très apprécié. Petite note, le reseau téléphonique ne passe pas du tout a proximité de la maison, mais heureusement il y a un bon wifi.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind wunderschön und es gibt eine spektakuläre Aussicht. Die Kommunikation mit Pablo war super und sehr angenehm. Wir können absolut empfehlen dort Urlaub zu verbringen und kommen selbst sehr gerne wieder.

Chez Rosana on se sent bien ! Tout était parfait pour nos vacances en famille. L’appartement est beau, la cuisine moderne il y a de l’espace comme sur la grande terrasse avec le petit plus ! Le podium avec vue sur la mer (idéal pour le café du matin ou les quelques bières à l’apéro). Une porte nous sépare de la plage c’est génial ! Il y a une atmosphère très chill & surf. Les commerces et restos sont à quelques minutes à pieds de la maison easy A refaire sans hésiter

Heerlijke woning in rustige buurt. Lekker zwembad dat ook in April prima te gebruiken is. Luxe ingericht en alles is aanwezig. Echt een mooie woning. Kan ook altijd waarderen als alle kruiden voor koken er zijn ;-) Ashley reageert snel en vriendelijk. Wij waren met 3 kinderen en 2 volwassenen.

Fuimos a pasar unos días a casa de Layla y fue la mejor decisión. Es muy buena anfitriona y atenta, la casa es espaciosa y muy bien amueblada para invierno o verano. Agradecemos mucho haber podido disfrutar del lugar.

Nous avons découvert un endroit merveilleux et des personnes adorables. La villa Rosita est un endroit merveilleux, la villa qui est habitées par les propriétaires est somptueuse, et que dire du jardin qui est extraordinaire et dont nous avons pu profiter. Le logement proposé est dans le prolongement de la villa et totalement indépendant. On avait accès à la très grande piscine du logement et on a aussi pu profiter de la terrasse. L’environnement est paisible car au milieu de plantations d’agrumes. Le logement en lui même est très bien équipé, très agréable, grand et climatisé. Et que dire des parents d’Alejandro qui habitent la villa et qui nous ont accueilli… des gens formidables et d’une extrême gentillesse. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour qui restera dans nos mémoires. Un immense merci à Alejandro et ses parents.

Adela war von der Buchung bis zu Ende des Aufenthaltes immer erreichbar und es wurde jede Frage sehr schnell beantwortet und Adela war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Man hat sich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Haus ist geräumig und gut geschnitten. Das Haus geht über 2 Etagen. Der Wohn-und Ess Bereich ist so groß, dass wir mit 8 Erwachsenen Gästen viel Platz hatten. Sehr großer und gepflegter Außenbereich mit einem tollen und sauberen Pool, den wir leider nicht nutzen konnten, weil es zu kalt war. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch, dass der Parkplatz im Hof Platz für mindestens drei Autos hat. Sehr ruhige Wohngegend. Liebe Adela, Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt und deine Gastfreundschaft!
