House in a gated community very close to downtown Gramado! The best location. Before booking in Gramado, look at the map and check the distance from the center!! The location of the house avoids the use of Uber or parking (which is difficult) in the city center. Perfect for families and with these amenities only my house!!! Air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living room. A glass-enclosed bathtub without whirlpool, for the exclusive use of guests. Bathtub in one of the en-suites too! Two parking spaces.

Excellent location, on Av. Borges de Medeiros (main), 900 meters from Rua Coberta, this house has heating and accommodates up to thirteen people. There are three double bedrooms, one en-suite, and one single bedroom, consider three private bedrooms, as the single bedroom is connected to a double bedroom. Absolutely quiet and safe location, on a large plot of land, with a barbecue area and parking. Access by ingrime ramp (can be by car) and stairs. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY!

In the living/dining room, there is a sofa bed, dining table for 6 people, air-conditioning, TV. Full kitchen, barbecue, hot water in the taps, except in the upstairs bathroom, washing machine, iron. Hair dryer in both bathrooms.
