Absolutely quiet and safe place, on a large plot of land, with a barbecue area and parking. Access by ingrime ramp (can be by car) and stairs. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR PEOPLE WITH MOBILITY DIFFICULTIES! DIESEL HEATING, INCLUDING 10 LITERS OF FUEL PER DAY. EXCESS CONSUMPTION WILL BE CHARGED.

We are in the locality of Linha Furna, rural area of Gramado. Quiet place, with lots of trees, large araucarias, fruit orchard, vineyards, garden, birds and a small stream. A century-old stone wall surrounds the property. The house is comfortable, has a large balcony facing Morro Redondo, with a very beautiful view. Kitchen equipped with stove, electric oven, refrigerator, electric coffee maker and other utensils. Bathroom with gas-heated water. We have Wi-Fi and Sky TV.

In the evening, we have the unique opportunity to gaze at the starry sky around a beautiful fire pit, sit around a camp stove, or even by a fireplace.
