The stay was wonderful. The apartment is beautiful and was clean and extremely well taken care of. Eduardo was very kind and solicitous. The condominium's infrastructure is sensational. I recommend it and will be back more often for sure.

The property is exactly as the photos show: it is very beautiful and well decorated - with very good taste. All items working well: Internet, smart TV, water heater, air conditioning, etc. The condominium where the property is located is very beautiful too, and the access to the pools and the hydro was super quiet (the accommodation was at the end of March and we used the facilities during the weekdays, in the afternoon). Because it is a condominium, there is the possibility of having noisy neighbors at times, at night/dawn and this situation is the same in any condominium/building (unfortunately). Juliano was always quick and friendly in communications. I recommend the property for vacation in the Serra.

The accommodation is unbeatable. Deise is communicative and very helpful. The condo is beautiful and the area too. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city where it is difficult to find parking and it is very accessible and nice to walk downtown. Highly recommended.

It was an amazing experience staying at Dona Marlene's cottage, everything is exactly as described in the photos, in fact, it is even more beautiful in person. The chalet is extremely well located, close to the center, the Buddhist temple, the waterfalls that Tres Coroas has... We took a small pet, and she was super safe, as the entire property is very well screened/fenced. Dona Marlene made us very comfortable, welcomed us with seasonal fruits and was very kind to us throughout the stay, indicated places and always responded promptly, from the airbnb chat to the moment of our check-out. I definitely recommend it and intend to return 🥰

Our carnival holiday was better than expected, an indescribable experience. The place is beautiful, the house is spacious, complete and with a cottage air. The path is not very easy, but the GPS took us right. It is an inland road, in the steep climb part has asphalt. Special thanks to Mrs. Loiraci, which was wonderful, always accessible and friendly. And to the Douglas, always helpful, ready to help. The two respond quickly and are very dear. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay for me and my family, a wonderful, quiet place. Very comfortable apartment, we feel at home, everything clean and organized, kitchen with all utensils. Very friendly Marceli township that welcomed us and gave us all the information very clearly.

Very good stay. The photos are real. The apartment faces Rua Torta, on the penultimate floor. The apartment is very small, it has 1 room + 1 bathroom. It serves well for an overnight stay, but to spend the day, it becomes small for a family of 4. The residential building looks like a hotel, as it has a 24-hour concierge and a restaurant that is paid for separately for those who want it. There is also a room service fee. It has a heater that turns on automatically and a ceiling fan that cools down nicely. It does not have and does not need air-conditioning. Small but spacious balcony. There is a free filter in the hallway for filling bottles, which is very useful. It has a playground, grass. It has a swimming pool but I found it kind of abandoned. The boxes are tight. The host is very attentive. Great value for money.
