This was my second long term stay at the rustic little house, this time for about 6 weeks, so obviously I’m a huge fan. The house has everything you might need for a long term stay, including a full kitchen with gas stove and a washer/dryer. I teleworked during my stay, and the WiFi is plenty fast and very reliable. Location is within 1 to 2 hours driving distance to so many incredible national parks and state parks, and about 3 hours drive to Las Vegas international airport. Alan is a really great host, so helpful and friendly and easygoing. Wish I could give the Rustic Little House 10 stars!

My group of friends and I LOVED Penny’s home! We enjoyed the hot tub and the views. Penny’s home was well-stocked with EVERYTHING we needed. It is important to note that Penny’s home is in a different time zone than Zion&Bryce, but we were able to enjoy our time in the parks :) Thank you so much!! We cannot wait to return.

Laura could not have been kinder and more welcoming. The cabin is beautiful, has everything you need and the views around are stunning. We can't wait to come back!! One more highlight: we got to play with some baby goats on the farm.
