Our experience at Mario's place was 10, we will definitely repeat. At all times she was helpful, and was willing to help us find restaurants or activities to do near the area. The house was spotless, the apartment very spacious and comfortable, close to supermarkets and located very close to Salinas beach. If we return to Avilés we will definitely contact him again.

The apartment is perfect, I really loved our stay there. Very clean, bright and modern. The host Ruben was great, very friendly and helpful! Some highlights worth mentioning: - lots of different light sources: lamps, bulbs with warm light, LED lights behind the TV, even electric fireplace; it makes the place so cozy - stunning view; all windows overlook the city and mountains, not walls of the nearby house - our stay was quite long, about 3 weeks, and there were lots of spare towels and the change of bed linen, it was a very nice touch - all appliances were modern and new - perfect location

The location is unbeatable, a couple of minutes' walk from the promenade. The apartment was super impeccable and is very cozy for a couple who are going to spend a few days in Gijón. Communication with Sergio was very fluid, as he took very little time to answer when we wrote to him. The only bad thing is the people who start screaming in the street at dawn, since you can hear it a lot in the apartment, but otherwise, I would stay at this accommodation again.

Everything was as described. A 10-star service and quick to respond to anything. The apartment was very good and nothing was missing.

Gemma was attentive at all times, both in the days before our arrival, recommending restaurants and parking lots and making sure that our baby was comfortable, and during the weekend asking us if everything was okay. The accommodation is in a perfect place with everything nearby, restaurants, beach, port...

The apartment is just as shown in the photos, it is new and very clean. It is a quiet area with a supermarket right in front and a parking area. 100% recommended. The distance to downtown is a 20-minute walk.

The accommodation was 15 minutes from the center. The only thing is that we didn't have any problems with the parking. And the house was all good! It corresponds to the description. The host was very friendly and cordial in every aspect! Thank you very much again

Excellent, as always. And Consuelo is a great person, and always available. It's our second year, and I hope to keep repeating in the future. For us to go to the house of Consuelo is to be in an oasis, for the location and for the tranquility of the area. Apart from it being very special for us to meet their dogs, which are wonderful.

Marcos is a very good host. We arrived late at the accommodation but he waited for us until we arrived and explained everything kindly and even helped us find some dinner. The house is as it comes in the photos. It is a place outside of Gijón but very quiet and intimate. The house was clean, the bed comfortable, all the necessary utensils and more in the kitchen. House in a quiet area, there was a little humidity, but the house had a dehumidifier to use if necessary. It met expectations and Julio Antonio communicated in a friendly and fluent manner throughout the stay

Viktor's house is very good option if you want to go in a group and be able to enjoy moments of tranquility. Equally, if you want to make tourism. you are less than 20mins from the center of gijon. Highly recommended!! Viktor had us prepared a great variation of things for breakfast also you had oil, salt and spices to cook at home. We had a great time.

A lovely place. The house, distributed on three levels, is great for a long stay. In the lower area, there is a garage, a fully-equipped social and games room in which you have an expansion area to play with the little ones.... A full bathroom and laundry On the ground floor, an impeccable, comfortable living room with all kinds of utilities (Google Home, Netflix...), a kitchen with everything you need (even fruit and coffee...) three bedrooms (two double and one single double) and a full bathroom. Everything was clean and organized and with pleasant decor. The icing on the cake is a charming porch with a barbecue and lawn... On the upper floor, a double bedroom and an attic with two twin beds. The icing on the cake is a heated salt pool that provides a lot of fun You add to a host who goes out of his way to make things easier for you... and you have a dream place where a 4-day bridge falls short. I'll be back, for a longer time...

We had an excellent 3 night stay in Pilars beautiful apartment right in the centre of town. Pilar gave us several restaurant recommendations, one being La Sifoneria (20 metres away), it was so good we eat there every night! We cannot recommend Pilars apartment highly enough.

We were very good. The description fits what we found. Both Mario and Lili were very nice and a charm. Sitio recommendedado. We were very pleased!

My wife and I spent March 2025 here and really loved it. Pablo was an excellent host and seems like a very nice guy as well. When we told him that our flight to Asturias would arrive late in the evening he very kindly offered to collect us from the airport and drive us to the flat, which was very tidy, clean and carefully prepared for our arrival. Pablo seems to have thought of everything. He gave us a very thorough tour of the flat and also brought us a water filter jug partway through our stay. At the end of our stay he also came by in person to say goodbye, which I thought was very nice. The location of the flat is beautiful and peaceful, and very close to the beach and forests, which is great for walking. The weather was often sunny and warm during our stay despite it being March. This was a nice surprise because we live in Finland and one of the reasons we came to Spain was for some sun. The beach seems a popular place for surfers and kite-surfers too. Highly recommended!

The apartment corresponds exactly to the description and photos. It's very clean, equipped and modern. The location is very excellent, very close to the center and shopping. José is very helpful and efficient, always attentive to messages at any time. I highly recommend it!!!

We stayed 5 nights at the apartment. Very comfortable and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is very practical. It is a very quiet area and the village has a very nice beach. Aroa took care of us very well, advised us on the best restaurants and places to visit in the village and surroundings. Totally advised.

Public parking next door. Very nicely located. Comfortable and with a very nice patio. Lorena was lovely
