Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Canal Saint-Martin

Charles and Alex were very responsive communicators and came back quickly with answers to any questions we had. The area was a good mix of local shops and well known sites like the Pantheon, Luxembourg Gardens and the student are of the Quartier Latin. Although only a short walk to the Seine and Notre Dame it felt like a proper neighbourhood. The Marais and St Germain seem to have lost their soul and were very busy in comparison. Altogether a good apartment in a good location. Try to find a 50m2 hotel room for the same price would be impossible.

Beautiful, clean, special property south-facing the Seine on lovely and quiet Ile St. Louis! The top floor apartment has a wonderful private terrace overlooking the Seine, Pantheon and Notre Dame - with the Eiffel Tower looming in the distance! The building is historic - Marie Curie lived two floors below for 20 years! The location is quiet and perfectly accessible to the big churches, museums and other attractions. The best!

We absolutely loved our stay here, William was very friendly and proactive. Excellent location and very easy to get around the city from.

Really sweet quirky apartment. Nice location, close to great selection of restaurants and the river. Very French and had a vintage feel to the design. Would happily come back and the area was so authentic. The hosts were really helpful and very easy to find. Maison Thevenin was the best bakery we found.

A perfect location and lovely host. Comfortable, quiet at night, with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. We had everything we needed in this charming space, including a washing machine and drying rack for laundry. I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Paris.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Isabelle war superschön und wir haben uns in der schönen Wohnung sofort wohlgefühlt. Besonders toll an der Wohnung war, dass man so viel Platz hatte und es sich so heimelig angefühlt hat. Auch die Lage der Wohnung war super für uns, weil man total schön durch Montmartre spazieren konnte und viele Boulangerien und Restaurants sowie Supermärkte in der Nähe hatte. Auch Bus- und Metroanbindung waren klasse. Nachts haben wir uns um die Haltestelle Chateau Rouge zwar nicht sehr wohlgefühlt, aber das war nicht weiter schlimm und kann man entsprechend planen. Isabelle war so zuvorkommend, freundlich und verlässlich in der Kommunikation, man erhielt total schnell Antwort und für alles gab es verständliche Hinweise, vielen Dank dafür! Wir hatten einen rundum schönen Aufenthalt bei Isabelle und können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen!

This is a perfect location for an independent stay in Paris. Close to public transport and main sites, good grocery store nearby, quiet and peaceful with a great view. I appreciated how well the kitchen was equipped and the convenience of the apartment overall. Also very responsive and helpful host.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement de Valérie. Il est propre, bien équipé et idéalement situé. Nous avons été touché par la gentillesse de l'hôte et son accessibilité. Nous y retournerons sans hésitation lors d’un prochain voyage à Paris.

Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ein wunderschönes Loft, welches mit allen Sachen ausgestattet war, die man alltäglich benötigt. Zudem war das Loft sehr sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet . Wir hatten für 6 Personen sehr viel Platz. Roman & Charlotte sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sie haben uns über Wichtige Dinge informiert, sodass sich unser Aufenthalt sehr einfach gestaltet hat. Das Loft hat eine sehr gute Lage, man ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sehr schnell in Paris. Zudem ist der Parkplatz für das Auto auf dem Grundstück mit einem Tor verschlossen und das Auto steht sicher. Diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen und wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Maison et jardin très agréables, adaptés aux familles avec enfants. Emplacement idéal, proche centre ville et forêt.

Väldigt fin service! När vi ville grilla så kom Tarik med grillkol och tändredskap ❤️ Frukt, bröd, dryck och godis fanns till oss när vi kom. Kan rekommenderas.

Nous sommes venu pour faire un weekend à Paris avec des amis et le logement nous a parfaitement convenue. Facile pour ce garer en toute sécurité c’était vraiment tranquille et calme et très propres. Hôtes très réactifs, merci pour l’accueil Je recommande

An amazing space, with a modern set up. The kitchen area was our favorite with all we needed to prepare our delicious meals. The living area had a number of games that kept us all engaged and bonding together. The rooms were well set up, with spacious wardrobes. There are many wall sockets and extensions; the lighting around the house was great for pictures & videos; great set up on the outside for BBQ. Overall, it was very comfortable and I had an unforgettable experience with my friends on this birthday weekend getaway. I definitely recommend!

Eight of us spent five nights in this villa, and we had a great time. The check in process was incredibly easy, but getting the main door unlocked was difficult at times. Other than that everything else made our visit exceptional. The living room and kitchen was open and conducive to group activities and conversation. There were not many pictures of the bedrooms, but there five bedrooms and a bonus loft space. There are several small grocery stores and restaurants in the area, and a train station is about a 10 minute walk away. It was easy to walk the city or catch a train into Paris. Overall, I would recommend this spot. If you are looking for the Paris feel without the hustle, this is the place for you.

Great place to stay at. Quiet and peaceful. Beautiful parks nearby. And as an additional bonus you can play with a fun and friendly dog Phoebe. Me and my wife loved it and hope to come back here soon

Hier gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch François waren einfach spitze. Selten habe ich einen Vermieter wie ihn kennen gelernt, der so schnell auf Fragen reagiert hat, allgemein alles so perfekt vorbereitet hat und proaktiv nach fragte, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir waren rund um zufrieden.

Logement parfait : accessibilité/proximité des transports, calme, propre, bien rangé et comportant tous les équipes nécessaires. Mathieu est très réactif et sympathique, je recommande !

Alexis a été un excellent hôte , répondant à toutes les préoccupations. L'appartement très propre et situé à proximité des différents centres d'intérêt et facile d'accès. Il correspond aux photos prises J'ai passé un excellent séjour et je reviendrai avec plaisir Merci Alexis

It was such an amazing stay. Marie-Christine is a lovely, caring, friendly person, very easy going and has a great sense of humor! She made us feel very welcome. She even helped us with our bags and provided space to store our bikes. She reacted to all messages immediately. She also provided everything for our baby (chair, bed etc.), so I would say it is a very family friendly apartment ! It was super clean and had everything we needed (even two different types of irons - a normal and a steamed one 😅) . The area was also super nice to walk around. So I would recommend this apartment and this amazing host to everybody.

Für unseren Besuch von Paris und Disneyland war diese Wohnung ideal. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zur Metrostation und alles was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Fleischer, Restaurants...) innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar. Bry sur Marne ist wirklich zauberhaft. In der Wohnung war alles zu finden, was wir benötigt haben, sie war sauber und verfügt über Rolläden in den Schlafzimmern. Wir können die Wohnung und Nathalie als Host nur weiterempfehlen.

The location could not be better. The building was very safe and clean. We walked everywhere, the open market, bakeries, restaurants, cafes, metro stations etc etc. Catherine was very friendly, easy to communicate with and provided all sorts of ideas for our stay. We would definitely stay there again!

I highly recommend staying at Irina’s apartment. The location is perfect; 2 steps from line 1 metro station, a grocery store across the street and restaurants downstairs. Irina is very communicative and met all of our needs. The apartment itself was very clean with quality linens and towels. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Paris.
