The Marcs d'Or district is located in Dijon on one of these heights and is a few minutes from the train station, the city center, the Route des Grands Crus and the International City of Gastronomy and Wine. You will have private parking for two vehicles in front of the house as well as three bus lines within a radius of less than a kilometer. Languages: English and Italian

The hexagonal tower is situated on the edge of the medieval town of Semur en Auxois in Burgundy and with just a short walk into the heart of the town you will find numerous restaurants, bars, cinema, beautiful church and much more. It is located very close to Lake Crescent and Chastellux Castle, a few kilometers from Vézelay, Avallon, Bazoches. Our region lends itself to hiking, cycling or horseback riding in unspoiled nature and allows fishing or swimming enthusiasts to indulge in their favorite pastime. La Bascule is a hamlet of Chastellux, located between Avallon and Lormes.

Cozy 2 bedroom apartment, located in a very small condominium, recently renovated, fully furnished and ideally located in downtown Dijon. You can do anything on foot: Dijon Ville train station and Tramway 2 minutes away, Place Darcy/Start of the historic center 4 minutes away. On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.
