Vacation rentals with a kayak in Canal de Bourgogne

The location is great, a few minutes from Auxerre and Chablis, ideal for visiting the area and its many estates. Great walk within walking distance behind the castle on the banks of the Yonne. The castle is spacious and ideal for a group visit. The park and its surroundings are lovely. Excellent hosting by Cathy who gave us many recommendations in the area. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay over Xmas and new years. Wonderful hosts who are very helpful and attentive and the house is lovely: we loved the fireplace in particular. Great closed garden for the dog to play along a very quiet road. If you’re looking for a quaint stay in a quiet setting, this is perfect!

Coming to Morvan for the first time, we were looking for calm, Nature and serenity, and that's exactly what we found when we came to the Cottage du Lac de Chaumeçon. Of course we were very lucky having only good weather during our stay. This small cottage surrounded by trees, near a pond and a creek offered us the singing of Nature (birds, creek, wind in the trees...) that we enjoy for breakfast or in the evening on the terrace. The location of the Cottage allows you to visit (walking or cycling, swimming) many ponds and lakes. Beautiful hikes on foot (as in the Cure Valley) or by bike to do ( like along the Canal de Nivernais). The cottage is small, we knew it in advance, but it is comfortable. The bathroom is tiny but when it's organized, it's going well. It's well-equipped. However, the comfort of the outdoor furniture could be improved. We'll be happy to go back!

A flower on the table and a catalog of Sempé on the cabinet. It's in the little things when you arrive. Renovated house with great taste and a flowery garden, with various seating areas. This all makes for an extremely pleasant stay. The surroundings are green, wooded, meadows with hedges, wild flowers in the verge. Nights are quiet. Only the nightingale will be heard. We would highly recommend it for visitors who love peace and nature. Very pleasant contact also with Milena. Great!

Excellent weekend at the gates of Morvan, we spent 3 days hiking in the area and were delighted to find the wood fire and the comfort of Benoît and Sarah's chalet. It was the breath of fresh air we were looking for! Small plus 4G access thanks to the proximity of the village and fully fenced for animals Great plus: the morning visit with small goats 10m from the chalet

We were hosted very well by Sophie who is charming and caring! The accommodation has all the essentials for a very pleasant stay! The accommodation is very well equipped and in a good location in a peaceful area!

Wonderful place for those looking for peace, nature, long walks. They really on the lake, hills, trees and fields. Spotting foxes at the breakfast table. Easy going host, helpful and friendly. Merci!
