Located in a quiet village, perfect for relaxed getaways, stopover for those travelling to North or South Goa, or convenient WFH base. The property is 10 mins from Goa Airport, Dabolim. Rooms have refrigerators, televisions, small lockers, electric kettles with tea / coffee making provisions. Wifi is available throughout the property. We sanitize the rooms in between stays.

Ballygunge- Quaint and Cozy Room 4 mins from Beach

Ballygunge is our smallest and perhaps coziest room, at the far end of the Hindu part of the farmhouse. It's small but mighty with its full cupboard, library nook and extra comfortable bed. It has Madras on one side and is also close to Ooty for families who may like rooms close to each other. It has a lovely old teak queen-sized four-poster bed and the ensuite bathroom was once the 'piggy loo'. But that is another story. It is a lovely shower room though now with its distinct blue hues.
