Henderson was a very hospitable host who was flexible with our schedule and accommodating. The outdoor shower at the location was great so we didn’t track in a ton of sand. Would definitely stay again

Noella and Erlick were very helpful during the pre-checkin period. The check-in was comfortable. Babu the caretaker was super helpful and ever smiling. The food was really amazing and it tasted even better with the beautiful sitting area in the balcony outside. The place is very peaceful and relaxing. The house is filled with interesting antique items. The bathrooms were recently renovated and were neat and clean. Best part was the welcome you get from our favourite “Patches” just before you enter the house. Thank you Noella and Erlick for everything. Thanks.

Sophie is definitely a wonderful person and her place was extremely immaculate. As my future wife and I were traveling for 9 days Sophie was heaven sent. She is extremely responsive and went up and beyond her means to make us comfortable. The only regret we had was we didn’t spend enough time at her place as we were headed back to Delhi on Monday. I would say the villa reminds me a lot of Ocho Rios. They have 2 swimming pools on the property. I will definitely be back in 2025 mark my words. Sophie also has many books to read. She goes the extra mile for her guests. There is a kitchen available so you can go to the grocery store and back if you don’t want to dine out. If you do be sure to go to Mike’s Place they have the best vibe in Cavelossim Beach. So sad Reggae Haven was not open at the time. Best time to go to Goa is December - January. Lucious beach across the street about 3 minute walk. Be sure to check out all the stalls before buying if you are looking for something special.

A Perfect Getaway in Goa! I recently stayed at this stunning villa in Goa with four of my friends, and it was truly the best escape we could’ve asked for! The villa itself is absolutely beautiful—spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, with all the comforts of home and more. The private pool was definitely a highlight—we spent hours relaxing and making the best memories ❤️🎬. We had cozy movie nights, endless laughs, and everything just felt so peaceful and special. It really was the perfect blend of fun and relaxation. A big shoutout to our host, Alison, who was incredibly polite, warm, and welcoming from the very start. She made sure we had everything we needed and added such a personal touch to our experience. If you're looking for a peaceful yet vibrant place to unwind in Goa, this villa is a must. Can’t wait to visit again!

Mario’s place was just what we needed and more for an early morning flight the next day. It was very homely, and the pool was such a great bonus. Instructions were clear and the place was spotless. We would definitely stay again!

The villa Lua Cheia was beautiful. We had a wonderful stay there with our family. The villa, the pool and the facilities were all excellent. The hosts Karan and Carrie were very welcoming and helpful organising transfer taxis, meals at the villa and also an amazing boat trip on the local river and out to sea where we saw many birds and dolphins. Overall we had a wonderful holiday, thank you so much.

It was an absolute pleasure staying at Masay Stay Villa! We thoroughly enjoyed our time there, and a big part of that was due to the fantastic team. Vamika was an exceptional coordinator, always responsive and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Raju and his team were truly great caretakers; they were attentive, helpful, and made us feel right at home. The BBQ and food were also highlights of our stay – absolutely delicious and a real treat! We were so glad and lucky to have found this incredibly beautiful place. It was just the right place to celebrate a reunion of friends, create new memories, relive old ones. The beautiful villa, its wondrous past, its powerful present, everything left us in awe of not just the place but also Karan. His journey is inspirational and his demeanour, endearing. You feel the warmth and love that has gone into preserving this magical place, the moment you are greeted by Karan’s team - Rashmi and Sangeeta. They took very good care of us and we would certainly recommend this place to everyone.

Villa is a perfect place to stay for anyone who desires to enjoy the tranquility of South Goa - nothing beats this place. It is classy and clearly sets itself apart from the other places in its vicinity and generally around in Goa. It has a proper pool unlike most villas which offer a namesake pool. It is a bit away from North Goa so if one wishes to party all night at North and come back to the Villa- it may be a bit of a long ride. Helpers at the villa are very accommodative in ensuring all requests are acceded to. Owner was generous in helping us in organising boat rides in Talpona river and was quite reasonable in providing a late checkin.

I guess the decision to spend our new years eve at Casa susegad was the best first decision of the year 2020 for us. The property handled by Carole and Norman is a perfect getaway for for us city dwelling folk. The property laid in the lap of nature is simply picturesque. The service is impeccable and the food is to die for. Coupled with the friendly nature of the staff and the always so helpful and joyous hosts our stay was much better than we expected. I recommend a early morning walk and then a nice cool swim followed with a scrumptious breakfast to make your even better. As the name suggests susegad is what every visitor should feel being here.

So glad we went with Brits Palace! It was the perfect spot for our family get-together. The staff were super friendly and quick to help with anything we needed. The place was very clean, and everyone had a great time in the pool. We made a lot of wonderful memories — I highly recommend this place!

We had an amazing and a very great stay at this property. The check in was seemless and Vaibhav was very proactive and always available whenever we needed any info / help. The villa was very clean and had all the amenities listed in the website. The perk of the property was that it was very close to the beach ( approx 300 mts ) and we had a fantastic time there . The beach is very pristine and serene with some good shacks and lovely food available. Overall it was an amazing experience and we enjoyed our vacation thoroughly ! Would love to go back again .

We had a very nice stay at Arlene's villa, despite the raining season had already started ! The beach is at walkable distance and we enjoyed peaceful walks there. There are also multiple restaurant on the beach with the warmest staff there. Supermarket and shops can be found at 15 minutes walking distance. The kitchen is well equiped so we were able to cook on our own sometimes, maling us feel like home for 5 days. The society is great, with kind and helpful staff and even a swimming pool. Arlene was extremely helpful, quick in response whenever we had a question or needed recommendation. Lot of things to do by cab. Definitely recommend!

The property is located in South Goa near Varca, which is a 40 min drive from the airport. The property is very close to the Varca & Benaulim beach, and the closest beach is just a 15 min walk away. The villa is truly as amazing as it sees in the pictures. The entire society & the house are very well maintained and give the classic European vibe. The kitchen & bathroom were equipped with all the essential items. The backdoor of the villa opens up into the garden, which leads directly to the giant pool, which is accessible to all during the mentioned timing. Owner was very warm & receptive. They provided us with a caretaker contact who was at the location when we reached, gave us a tour, and was available on the phone for any concerns we had. Overall, the stay is very well worth the price & I would highly recommend booking it if you're planning to live in South Goa.

Sanjeev's place (without exaggeration) is one of the best AirBnb's I have stayed at. The property is exactly as described and spotless clean. It has all the amenities you might need and there are 2 nice helpers to take care of your every need. They also keep the place clean and dry all the time and are working round the clock. The location is perfect and very convenient. It has a lot of restaurants, shopping, etc around the area and a 20 mins walk to the beach. The price might seem a bit high compared to other places around, but it is 100% worth the experience. Sanjeev is also the nicest, super responsive host and is very accommodating. He genuinely wants you to have a good relaxing time and will make sure you get what you need. I would definitely recommend it to everyone, and I would come back and stay here again. If you book it, make sure you help keep the place in its great condition and be a responsible guest so such places can be enjoyed for a long time. They are hard to find.

Awesome rooms great balcony view very neat and clean rooms but maid is like behind you all the time, for small things also she will push and ask questions .eg - how many times you are using washing machine , why you are using geyser so much . Also in the place water purifier and washing in not proper state of working . But overall awesome stay clean rooms you I’ll enjoy the stay for sure

the villa we found more than beautiful than we had seen in pictures, Jenis had kept very well prepared for us, kitchen, hall, bedrooms, bathroom everything. so good nature of her, we had very good experience, I'll suggest everyone to stay here. one most imp thing is there her communication throughout our before and after journey. very good nature of her. we found, the villa has so beautiful colour combination and furniture also. thank you very much for everything. kitchen was also found with all our requirements.

Our group of 6 have just returned from a 16 night stay at this Villa and we had the most incredible time! It was in a beautifully peaceful location with easy access to the surrounding places such as Palolem and Patnem. The villa itself is so spacious and relaxing with the most gorgeous garden. During the booking, Rohan was so responsive and helpful, making the experience before we arrived stress free! On arrival, Assis, Rohan’s father, checked us in and gave us so much helpful information for our trip. He was also on the other end of the phone for the entire trip for anything we needed. He kindly organised us local boat trips, which were incredible and recommended places for us to eat and visit! This was enormously helpful and his recommendations were simply wonderful, including Art Resort in Palolem, where we spent most of our holiday! Bahadur, the housekeeper looked after us really well, and kept everything clean and tidy, whilst also cooking breakfast. Thank you so much! 💕
