Resort vacation rentals in Canacona

Great place to stay when in Benaulim. The gardens on the property are lovely. This was our second time staying here. We enjoyed it so much the first time, we came back. The staff at the resort are very kind and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and have both fans and a/c. They also have a kettle and provide coffee and tea., etc.. each room has a large balcony overlooking the lovely gardens. There is a pool which is so refreshing after a hot day at the beach. The beach is about a 15 minute walk away. The restaurant serves excellent food, the garlic squid was very tasty and they make a delicious watermelon/feta salad. Most times we ate there, our server was Allston. He gave us such good service and is a polite, jovial young man. All the servers were very good. Neville, the owner has done a great job with the place and is continually upgrading things. The wifi is a bit slow though but nothing else to complain about. I highly recommend Carina Beach Resort.

Neville’s room at Carina Beach Resort is one of those hideaways that you’re keen to share with close family and friends, but not many others - purely for selfish reasons 😇 Ours was a relaxed 4D/3N getaway with frequent use of the swimming pool and lazy strolls to the beach. (Benaulim beach is an easy 20-minute walk away.) The pool is beautiful. It’s clean and superiorly well-maintained. A couple of deck chairs are at hand and the area is decently well-shaded by tall trees that are well-visited by birds. We spotted a kingfisher! The resort has a lovely garden where kids can play and run around. There’s an outdoor Badminton court and a couple of swings too. Our AC room had a balcony cum sit-out that overlooked the garden. It was well-ventilated and well-lit. The room had a handy kettle and an equally handy mini fridge. The ensuite facilities were neatly designed and we had hot water via solar energy. The staff on premises Sikuro, Bahadur and Akshay (security guard) were warm, hospitable and courteous. A lady down the road from the resort supplied us with a hearty bun-omelette. We mostly ate at Pedro’s (highly recommend the prawns and fish) but did pop into Cinnamon for their house beef burger. Neville is an extremely gracious and helpful host. He checked in on us regularly. Through him we organised a convenient pick and drop to and from Goa airport (30-45 mins drive). All in all, we had a super pleasant stay and we’d readily go back. With a small group of family/friends who have small kids or just ourselves even.
