The villa with two completely separate apartments is located on the hill with a magnificent view of both the surrounding countryside and the center of Empoli. The ground floor apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with fireplace and a large kitchen. The space in front of the house is reserved. From here it is easy to get around Tuscany, both by train and car. We are 36 km from Florence and 52 km from Pisa. Empoli is a town with a pleasant historic center, and is close to Vinci.
