Located in Santa Maria di Lota, at the beginning of Cap Corse, 900 m from Miomo Beach and 700 m from a cove with access via a pedestrian path, the totally independent accommodation (attached to our villa) is composed of 2 rooms: a sea view bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom with shower and a living room/kitchen with dining area. Guests will enjoy 2 terraces with sea and garden views. You will be surrounded by the sea, the island of Elba and the trees of the garden, Magnolia, avocado, lemon trees.

Casa Pineta Elba, a short walk from the sea

Casa Pineta is submerged in umbrella pinewood trees in front of the beautiful sandy beach of Marina di Campo. The centre of the village is in walking distance while a 1min path in the woods will get you under your umbrella by the sea! Casa Pineta è immersa in un bosco di pini marittimi di fronte alla bellissima spiaggia di sabbia di Marina di Campo. Il centro del paese dista pochi minuti a piedi mentre 50 passi nella pineta priva di auto vi porteranno sotto il vostro ombrellone in riva al mare!

Casa Isabel is an apartment for 2-3 people. It has a separate entrance and a parking space. With its 40 square meters, it is suitable for couples or a small family. We have individually furnished it with a lot of love and care. The private terrace, with unobstructed sea views, is generously furnished. Villa Federico, located in close proximity to "Monte Calamita," a charming hiking and mountain biking area, is only 300 m from the beaches of Straccoligno and Ferrato.

The house is in a prime location in all respects, in a residential and quiet setting on a private road a two minute walk from two wonderful beaches and a 10 minute walk from the village and all amenities. It is equipped with all the comforts and has private parking included inside the property.

The 40 m² apartment directly above the sea is in a quiet location, just 70 m from the beach promenade of Marciana Marina and a few meters to the beaches of the village. The house is located in the ancient district. Cinema set for the episodes of 'Delikte des Barlume,' an Italian crime series set in the heart of Tuscany. The designer apartment with very high ceilings was completely restored as a loft in 2023 and comfortably furnished.

Ideal location with garden: in just 3 minutes on foot you can reach the sea and the evocative bar pieds-dans-l'eau LaGuardiola, on 1 of the most beautiful and renowned beaches on the island the town center of Procchio can be reached through 1 evocative walkway on the beach.

Beautiful 60 m2 apartment located in the old town, at the foot of St Charles-Boromée church, close to the Old Port and the citadel, as well as local shops. You will have all the amenities necessary for your comfort during your stay (see amenities list). Free parking spaces in the streets near the accommodation or GAUDIN parking (for a fee) just 50 m away.

Cosy house at Porto Azzurro

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons, but can have place for 6. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
