a stay in all respects as described, comfortable and quiet apartment, private, a breathtaking view. Françoise is present but not invasive, always smiling and very pleasant, I recommend it more, more, more.

Crazy location. It's totally downtown. The accommodation is in the pedestrian part of San Vincenzo but the parking lots are convenient and a two-minute walk away. And even if the house is in the center, it is not affected by the noise of people. On the contrary. The house is nice and functional. Not too noticeable things: having stayed at the beginning of September, the rail traffic increases and in the master bedroom you can hear it quite a bit. Until 1/9 the passages were significantly reduced. The shower drains badly, too bad. But it's a simple problem to solve. The bathroom is in the center of the apartment and is windowless. There is a fan for air exchange but it is not always enough, especially if there are many guests. But the apartment really lacks nothing and Massimo is super-available for everything.

Quiet place and also close to supermarkets, even on foot you can reach any place with at most a half hour walk, very nice and well furnished house

Upon arrival, Sandra was welcoming. The apartment is well located and very clean. We've never had such a clean apartment. The bedding is of very good quality. The kitchen is well-equipped. Sandra gave us very good advice for restaurants and visits. We highly recommend this listing.

The apartment was very clean and is perfectly equipped. We particularly enjoyed grilling on the balcony with sea view. Saint-Florent is a very nice harbor town and well suited to explore the Cap Corse, the Nebbio and some of the most beautiful beaches in Corsica.

Jean-Marie and his wife Henriette were the kindest and most amazing people. The apartament was great and Bravone as well. The highlight was the beautiful almost private beaches and the calmness all around. And of course the hospitality and warmth of Jean-Marie and Henriette. We had a nice stay at Diego’s apartment, which is located so close to the beach that you can hear the waves from the backside of the house. We enjoyed the beach, which had crystal clear water as well as the many gelato places around. The apartment itself is well equipped, is simple but functional and has a nice garden. Diego and his family are very friendly and we felt at home quickly.

Erika's apartment is great, well equipped located in a convenient location and from which you can see the sea with the island of Elba. Erika is a very helpful and friendly person. We will definitely be coming back! Thanks Erika.

Ingrid was a very helpful and welcoming host! She picked us up from the bus and gave a little tour of the town. The place looks just like in the pictures, very spacious, complete kitchen and the location is right in the middle of the village, no more than 5 minutes walk to all the restaurants etc. Would definitely come again!

The house is in a reserved and quiet area and in a very quiet residence equipped with all the basic services. The sea is a 5-minute walk away and you can choose between private beach and free beach. The residence's Pool is a 1-minute walk from the property, as well as the bar and market and laundromat. Unassigned parking spot but always available inside the property! The historic center of Castiglione della Pescaia can be reached on foot in 10/15 minutes but I personally recommend a bike (rentable inside the Residence) to facilitate travel and above all to avoid parking of the car (not possible in August). Host Jacopo was always present, very helpful and very kind in terms of advice and suggestions and resolved the breakdown of an appliance in 2 hours, promptly replacing it...at his (dear) expenses! I would definitely go back to choosing Jacopo and his home in the future! Thank you very much!

A beautiful stay in Punta Ala, the apartment was as described: functional, tastefully renovated and a few steps from the port of Punta Ala, in a really quiet and well-maintained residential setting. The veranda was really enjoyable. Lucia was very kind and available for any case. It was a pleasure, we hope to be back next year.

Francesco was very welcoming and in addition, the site is beautiful and very well maintained. The pool with the mountain views is really superb! A nice place to relax in peace. The road to get there is a bit long and very winding, but this is often the case in Tuscany...

I stayed in this studio for 5 weeks!! It was perfect, it had everything you needed in the apartment. Regarding the place, it is close to many shops, such as supermarkets, bakeries, Corsican grocery stores, and also close to Bastia. I recommend it:)

Ideally located duplex apartment, with 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a must when you have 3 children. There's also a swimming pool and children's games nearby. The accommodation is very well equipped and easily accessible and has a large terrace. Finally, the manager is incredibly kind and also offered us special touches. Thank you for everything.

Indeed nice apartment with all amenities ideally located to enjoy the sea and the very convenient pool with children. And to discover beautiful Corsica. The village of San Nicolao is worth a visit. Weather stopped there. Beautiful waterfalls and swimming nearby as well as the park as presented by our hosts. Close to Bastia. Many other destinations easily accessible. A great vacation! We felt very comfortable in Samuel's apartment! It is very well maintained and tastefully decorated and there was everything we could wish for a relaxing vacation: from cozy deck chairs on the balcony to new comfortable mattresses in all beds :) The pool is large and beautiful and the complex is very quiet. Samuele always responded immediately to messages and always found good solutions. The local contact was also very helpful and friendly! We will be happy to come back :)
