Very well-stocked apartment, clean and very close to Capoliveri beach and Felciaio beach (10 minutes walk). Warm shower and ample outdoor space are very useful. Bathroom a little small, but with a comfortable shower and great water pressure. Large private parking. Highly recommended and definitely a point of reference for the area!

The entire outdoor area is very spacious and designed with a lot of love for detail, Chris really has style and obviously enjoys offering her guests a perfect accommodation. The pool for only 2 apartments is truly unique, extremely clean and of high quality material. The special thing about it is that the water heats up to almost 30 degrees during the day and is still 25-26 degrees in the evening and that at the beginning of June. 15 min. walk to the sandy beach Lido, the cities Portoferrairo, Capoliveri, and Porto Azzuro can be reached in less than 20 min., all in all a perfect accommodation, 100 percent recommendation.

We stayed at Mirjam's beautiful house for two and a half weeks in May. Thanks to the good communication, the exact directions and the photos, it was very easy to find. The 800m unpaved road up the hill may take some getting used to, depending on the type of car, but it is easy to manage (except perhaps with low-lying sports cars). And then you're upstairs and see the sea, which is closer than it seems in the photos - wow! The house itself is spacious and very well equipped with all kinds of appliances including vacuum cleaners, as well as cooking and eating utensils and a marble countertop in the kitchen. The terrace with table, armchairs, large parasol, loungers and hammock leaves nothing to be desired. The distances on Elba are not far, nearby you will find supermarkets, fruit and vegetable stalls, a fish shop and actually everything else you need. Mirjam always responded to our questions very quickly and kindly. We felt very comfortable!

We had a great time, the location is excellent for reaching all parts of the island. In addition, in the evening and in the morning it is wonderful to walk through the country streets (Conad and pharmacy are a 5-minute walk away). The property is clean and tidy and having our dog with us we really appreciated the gate on the veranda! Easy check-in and checkout! I would stay with Francesco a second time if we were to return to Elba!
