Juliene is a wonderful, communicative host and the property is just a 2 min walk to Lagoa Pequena, as well as a 5 min walk to Hiperbom supermarket. It's very convenient location! Things I loved: proximity to the lake, and walkable to Praia Rio Taveres, spacious loft, with small balcony, ample kitchen space including stovetop, microwave, panini press, utensils, glasses and plates, good water from shower! Things to consider: there are monkeys that will come into the windows (if open) and steal your food, haha! Also, be mindful there is no Air Conditioning, which is in the listing, so hot days are indeed hot. Very grateful for Juliene to be flexible with check-in and helpful to make the stay comfortable! Thank you for being a great host.

We simply love every bit of this place. All very clean and organized. Quality bedding and bath linens, as well as toiletries and kitchen items. uncomplicated checkin and checkout and very assertive guidelines. I loved the stay! João was super helpful in everything we needed. The apartment is extremely cozy and complete, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is large and spacious, the condominium has a market, a gym... Everything is of excellent quality. The location is great, short distance to the lagoon, downtown.. I will definitely come back other times.

lady Kelly's house is super well located there is a little market in the front that is open until 10:00 pm it opened at 7:00 am hot bread and affordable price there was TD in the market next to an amazing little store is TD at an affordable price Mrs. Kelly was always kind whenever I needed to, I didn't ask much about the beaches because before closing she had already informed me The beaches with affordable exorbitant ND prices there is the house has a shower outside that is not lacking water this is very important I stayed a week there was no shortage of water at all if I go back to Florianópolis I will definitely look for her house through the app again

Super nice place, very modern and well equipped. In a prime location in Novo Campeche. 2 minute walk to the beach and there are loads of nice restaurants and things around. The hosts have been more than accommodating. In fact they are the best Airbnb hosts I have dealt with. Very helpful. They regularly cleaned the apartment and made it spotless. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

My stay was just amazing! The property was impeccable, very well organized, and exactly matched the photos and descriptions of the listing. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. A rare gem for working remotely! Great WiFi, spacious enough for 2, large kitchen, very close to the shops, and relatively close to the lagoon where you can rent kayaks, etc. Andreia was really friendly and helpful even though we couldn’t speak Portuguese. Some very thoughtful touches like water cooler and some snacks were very appreciated.

The best Airbnb we ever stayed, we really felt at home. The apto is super complete, everything extremely clean, the towels very smelling, in short, everything was perfect! We arrived early and were able to leave the bags and enjoy a walk through the center which is about 7 blocks away, almost the same as the beach. The room is nice, it has all the amenities, I would improve the TV because it is old and does not have Netflix, luckily Amazon still works. The rooms share a wall, so you'll hear alarms, conversations, and the neighbor's TV. The area is quiet, the bus passes by on the corner and the supermarket is nearby. We were able to leave the bags on the last day until the evening when we had the flight. Miguel is very friendly and the place is super tidy. It's a very quiet environment.

Carla's space is very good. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a centralized place in Floripa. The apartment is super clean and is one of the best for those who want to know about cost-effectiveness. Carla is super attentive and responds super fast if you need anything during your stay. It's a 10. I'll also leave a tip for the next guests to be even more satisfied with their stay: Put more matches and/or lighter in the house to avoid unforeseen events if what you have runs out faster than expected.

It was an excellent stay in this apartment in Ingleses - Florianópolis. We felt very comfortable and safe. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay, especially in the kitchen. The host was very attentive and provided us with all the necessary directions to get there and enjoy our stay. We recommend this place for future travelers 😁

I had a good time at this place. It was cozy, located close to the center of Lagoa, with a fair bit of natural light. The internet was solid, I worked from home often. The power went out a few times for like 90 seconds each (over the course of 2 weeks) but I think that just happens sometimes in Brazil. I cooked a few times, the kitchen was good enough. I'd stay here again

My stay at the house was excellent! Hedy was very kind and attentive, promptly responding to all the requests I made. The place was very clean and is very cozy, with all the amenities needed for a longer stay, I felt right at home. The neighborhood is friendly and the neighborhood is very quiet and safe, most bus trips require a transfer, but once you learn how it works it is very easy and quick to go to the most varied regions of the island. I hope to return again and again!

The accommodation is in a quiet region, with little outside noise. It's easy to get around anywhere in uber and there's a small nearby market that can be very helpful. We received the extremely clean and organized space and the Host's instructions were very accurate.

Allan's apt stay was perfect from start to finish, with the super clean and smelling atmosphere, plus all the amenities the space offers. I will certainly come back more often.
