Access to services such as markets, bakeries and pharmacies is easy, which requires a 15-minute walk, or a 3-minute drive. As it is between Campeche and Joaquina, also close to Lagoa da Conceição, it is a great location for vegetarians or vegans, as there are excellent options for restaurants, bakery and vegan snacks nearby.

The house is very comfortable and has large spaces. The garden is beautiful, well taken care of, with a clean pool and surrounded by trees that make the environment even more pleasant. The property is quiet and is very well located. We had a great stay! The host was extremely attentive and polite, always ready to help us when needed.

Our experience at Solar do Ribeirão was wonderful! Jaqueline is a very attentive host, always quickly responded to my messages, sent home videos and clear instructions on access to the property. The location is very good, surrounded by great restaurants. Negative points of the location: the house does not have a garage and at some times it was difficult to park nearby. The house (and 2 of the 3 bedrooms) are very close to the street, so at night we had a lot of noise from vehicles. The house's high point is the landscape! You're practically in the sea! Overall, the house was clean - bedding and towels well cleaned, folded and passed. The living room and kitchen has no air conditioning and it was very hot, so it was hard to stick around. Super-equipped kitchen with everything we need for a comfortable stay.

We absolutely loved this house. Our time was amazing and Dario was a very responsive and nice host. The views are incredible. The plants are beautiful. The outdoor living space and beach were amazing. There was also so much privacy here. Stop looking for other options and book this place immediately if you have the chance…

I've had an excellent experience! Marcus was very cordial and was always available to help us with whatever was necessary. The house is great – well-equipped, comfortable, very clean and organized. The location is also privileged, making it easy to access everything we needed. Without a doubt, it will be my choice for the next trips. I highly recommend it!

Leila and Evandro are excellent hosts. They are attentive to your needs. The simple and super equipped house, there was toilet paper, mineral water in the fridge, towels, wipes, linens, blankets, soaps, room deodorant. The super equipped kitchen. And the little house is quite safe for being among other deptos.

Mauricio's apartment is as it appears in the photos. Since you come in, you feel right at home. It is spotless and super well equipped, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal: close to the lake center, with several shops and restaurants by hand, but on a quiet street, far from the noise. I would definitely stay here again!

Equipped, clean and cozy apartment, great location in the lagoon, wonderful condominium with outdoor pool, private access to the lagoon and a very good indoor heated pool, there are other spaces that I do not know.

Ricardo was very attentive and concerned about welcoming us. The apartment is very nice, well furnished and complete. I didn't understand, but the house has 3 bedrooms, an en-suite with a double bed and closets, a bedroom with a double bed and a dresser, and a third bedroom with a single bed and a closet. I highly recommend the apartment, we really like it!

We had an amazing experience staying in this apartment in Florianópolis! The place is exactly as described – clean and cozy. The decoration could have a little more beach charm, but that would be quiet to solve. The location is perfect, close to the beach and with easy access to restaurants, markets and other amenities. Great stay, great value. Quiet place, contact with nature, even though it is so close to everything in Floripa. Fully clean and organized environment, super functional accommodation. The village has fully met our expectations. We went with a son and he had fun with the pets. All perfect in the 4 days we stayed.

By far the best place I've ever stayed to rest and work from home too hahaha the place is amazing, the space is completely beautiful and surprising, I saw little monkeys, toucans and enjoyed every little bit. It was like this with us, the house has a whole cosy air and whoever received us, his Márcio and Tânia were extremely helpful and gave us valuable tips, they are beings with such a beautiful energy, you want to keep chatting with them. The house is beautiful inside and out, the leisure area is a great plus, we made a delicious barbecue and I am a great lover of the network, there is. The path to the beach is easy and the beach is beautiful, a great place to make beautiful trails as well. In short : super recommend and next I would stay there again ;)
