Enjoy this relaxing and PRIVATE apartment in a beautiful country club. You'll have peace of mind as you stay in a quiet neighborhood close enough to the city to get to where you need yet far away enough to enjoy serenity. This unique one bedroom apartment has an attached living room which has been converted to a recreation room with a couch, tv, sink, and other kitchenette essentials. The Little House

Cozy and clean little house in a quiet and family-oriented neighborhood with a big back yard and a nice setting to enjoy an outdoor BBQ looking at the golf course. Very close to prime shopping, restaurants and the zoo. South Padre Island and SpaceX are also close by. This one bedroom house was completely renovated in 2021. Everything is neat and new. A/C units with heat as well as ceiling fans in every room and a 58" Smart TV / WiFi. Parking on the property just in front of the house.

The Little House

This 1 bedroom cozy casita is located in Los Fresnos,TX. It's perfect for individuals and couples . It can comfortably accommodate 2 ppl. We are conveniently located between South Padre Island,Brownsville,Harlingen and to all four international bridge crossings from Los Indios to Brownsville.For the enjoyment of all birdwatchers we are located in the middle of 3 major wildlife refugees. One being Laguna Atascosa National Wildlife Refuge.We're also 6miles away from windmill farm.

You will arrive at a comfortable room attached to our house, located opposite with a separate entrance, mini kitchen and bathroom just for you and a companion, and with the peace of mind that we the hosts are living in the back but we will not have contact with you unless you need us, it is a quiet and central place. We have a Siamese kitten named Botitas as a pet that walks outside, he is harmless. We are located 35 miles from Padre Island, 27 miles from Space X.
