The Gîte, which extends over nearly 100m2, is the result of a quality renovation that just ended in January 2017. The Cottage consists of 3 bedrooms with their private bathrooms. La Carança, mountain house. Calm and nature!

Beautiful traditional mountain house of more than 100m2 in stone and completely renovated in 2020/2021. Perched at 1400m and facing south with a large garden full of flowers and a breathtaking view of the Têt valley, the Canigou and facing the Carança massifs . Fauna is omnipresent and easy to observe and many hiking and mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Llar enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located halfway between the high Pyrenees and the sea.
