Everything was perfect in the accommodation, equipped with everything you need to enjoy the beach, which is 50 meters away. A gazebo with a barbecue, disc burners and 1 bathroom. Laundry room with pool and washing machine. We stayed 2 more days and Samuel made it easy for us to make a new reservation. Everything was impeccable, congratulations on the accommodation

The house is simply amazing, much better than we imagined. The house is really "foot in the sand," you open the gate of the house and you're already in the sand. It was super clean and well maintained, the cabinets smelled good. The view is very nice, incredible sunrise, I highly recommend it.

The house is excellent, very well located in the center of Balneário Camboriú, which greatly facilitated our travel and access to shops, restaurants and the beach. The property is spacious, well structured and extremely organized. We found everything clean and prepared to welcome us, which has brought a lot of comfort and tranquility since the beginning of the stay. The rooms are well equipped with air-conditioning working perfectly, ensuring great nights of rest. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, which exceeded our expectations. We had a great experience in this home! It accommodates well 14 guests, with spacious and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Bed linen was clean and smelling, which was a big difference. The site offers a garden and a community pool, which works super well, as well as a private garden that has ensured moments of tranquility. The location is excellent, with markets, pharmacy and bakery very close by. A point of attention would be the need for more cooking utensils, since, being a large group, we miss larger cups and pans to prepare meals. It is also worth mentioning that loud music is not allowed at any time of the day, which may be important for those looking for a more lively environment. Everything else was great! Mariangela was extremely solicitous, always available to answer our questions and help with what was necessary. It was wonderful days in the house, and we would definitely recommend it!

I was last week at the house of Thiago and Cinthia , a very nice house, very cool, cozy, with an environment for leisure and games, very good, the house very clean, all that is in the ad is what they really deliver, it's worth it. Everything you need to spend a few days and feel at home, at ease, the house has it. Super attentive hosts and whenever I needed them, they were very helpful and polite. I am a lot of detail and one that caught my attention, it was a welcome note with bonbons. Congratulations Thiago and family for hospitality.

We were made to feel very welcome at Iara's house! The house is super organized and, when we arrived, it was impeccably clean and smelled good. Everything matches the photos exactly — no surprises. There was no room for boredom: Iara made available several games and a pool table, which provided great moments of fun. A special highlight is the lawn, which, in my opinion, is a great distinguishing feature. Very well maintained and perfect for enjoying the late afternoon sunbathing. The beds are super comfortable and all rooms have brand new, powerful and quiet air-conditioning. The location is also excellent: close to Beto Carrero, the beach and with several shops nearby, which made it much easier during the stay. Super recommended! We're already making plans to come back soon.

Even with 2 days of heavy rain during our 3-day stay, we had a wonderful experience! The location of the house is excellent, extremely close to the beach, and the structure is so comfortable and well prepared that the rain did not interfere with anything. The house is spacious, very well equipped, with enough bed and bath linens for all guests. Communication with Carolina was impeccable, always agile and attentive, ready to help with whatever we needed. We can't wait to go back. Everything was perfect!

The house is in a very nice area, with many restaurants and 2 minutes from the beach. The pool is great. Sue made us feel right at home, too bad we didn't spend more time with her.

We were 8 people staying, we had a good stay. Anderson, very helpful in the service, quick answers and clear information about check-in. The region seemed safe and quiet, with options for markets, restaurants… The nearest beach is very good, we loved it!!! Very quick access to Beto Carrero Park.

Our stay was wonderful! The house is better in person than just seeing the photos, it has all the necessary utensils. The outdoor area with pool was our favorite spot, we enjoyed a lot! The place is also very nice, the beach is reasonable, improper for bathing, but in a matter of 5 minutes you can go to other beaches that are very good. A point of improvement: put air conditioning in the bedrooms, although they have the ceiling fans, they do not account for refreshing the place in summer seasons and heat waves.
