I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed this home. Perfect for groups or families and the house had everything you could want to make you feel at home. The location is perfect if you plan to visit multiple French and Spanish cites. Very great location close to beaches and restaurants. We would definitely like to come again!

We just spent 10 wonderful nights here. What can I say apart from it was perfect. Yves and Scarlett are great hosts. They are on hand if you need them but very discreet the rest of the time. The barn is very well equipped and has everything needed to self cater. The grounds are amazing and kept in fantastic condition - we regularly used the pool and hot tub. There are 4 resident donkeys, a small dog and a cat. All are lovely - the donkeys are a pleasure to watch. We went out to a town called Salies de Bearn and would highly recommend it for nice scenery, cafes, bars and restaurants. There are supermarkets and bakeries in nearby towns. The hosts are great at making recommendations. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back ☺️

We were a group of 8 and had a great week at Sylvain and Katia's. The house is spacious, bright and comfortable. The veranda room is very nice for large tables, for breakfasts as well as for. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The pool is beautiful, heated and well oriented. The immediate environment is quiet and the location of the house allows many walks both on the seafront and in the hinterland. Manon, very attentive, welcomed us very warmly and always answered our questions. Sylvain is always available and has great tips. We won't hesitate to come back!

Sandra was a fantastic host greeting us by producing lovely meat, cheese, wine and beer in the bar area. She was contactable throughout our stay and has been helpful sorting out something for me since we left. The property is amazing with 5 bedrooms and several bathrooms/WCs. We used the pool and hot tub every day along with the games room containing a pool table and bar with a fridge and dishwasher. The rear garden is huge and the is a petanque court and table tennis table. There is generous outside space to eat (there were 9 of us) helped by a good sized gas bbq. The kitchen has loads of space with many of the cupboards full of items to be used. The nearest supermarkets (Intermarche & Carrefour) are both a few minutes drive with Carrefour offering low costs fuel. It is a relatively short drive to Bayonne which is a lovely town astride a river with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops with pretty good car parks available. Overall a lovely villa with a fantastic host.

We were very warmly welcomed by Bruno and Karin. Karin was able to give us some good excursion tips. In the house there is everything, even two older bicycles for small excursions. The pool was very nice and also warm. The whole house is very nice and friendly. We were 2 families and felt very comfortable there. A good starting point for a beach and surfer vacation. But it's also not that far to San Sebastian or Bayonne.

My friends and I had a lovely weekend. The house is very quiet, parking outside in a cul-de-sac so secure. The living room, the well-lit bedrooms with a large balcony, comfortable beds, very good connection for wifi, with a very nice garden and a jacuzzi. (we were not able to enjoy it, lack of time) A plus for air conditioning in a bedroom and living room (we did not use it given the weather) Thanks to Aurélie and her husband, very welcoming, nothing to say at the TOP. 👍I highly recommend it! A small suggestion: a larger model for the hair dryer

We were well received, in a peaceful and pleasant setting. The loft complies with the listing description, and tastefully decorated, clean , and presenting the necessary equipment. The location is ideal, close to other cities ( 20 minutes to 35 minutes). Lydie and Jesse meet the lowest expectations of us . We will come back!

The house is very well-equipped to make our stay comfortable. The pool is a real plus to relax after a day of sightseeing, with absolutely magnificent views. Marie Anne and her husband are very welcoming and responsive. Always ready to give great tips for visits to the area. We highly recommend it to recharge in a nice setting. Experience to be repeated!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Central to the coast, the mountains, lots of walks and villages with good food and interesting history. Very nicely furnished and everything we needed. It is always a good sign when the kitchen knives are nice and sharp! We really appreciated Jackie’s help .

This is one of the best places we ever stayed. Amazing nature around, brand new modern house, lovely hosts. Enjoyed every dinner and breakfast on the terrace. The kitchen is also very well equipped.

Extremely well located accommodation 2 steps from the beach, a few beachfront bars nearby. Center easily accessible by car. The accommodation is very clean, functional and quiet (despite the proximity to the campsite). Small downside with unsecured staircase (accommodation on the first floor) and 2 windows in the bedroom without shutters that required a little adaptation with a walking baby. Very good communication with Paul. We'll be happy to go back.

Welcoming host This beautiful house is perfect for 8 people with its individual bedrooms and bathrooms which allows independence for each couple The house is very bright with views of the beautiful bay; very nicely decorated, it feels good. Nothing is missing for good family meals. Well located for going to Hendaye beach and Hendaye village. And the area is beautiful. No hesitation to have on this rental. Thanks to Patricia for hosting us.

Highly satisfied with our week and a half stay, the accommodation is in a quiet village but ideally located in relation to the points of interest of the Basque country, both the coast and the interior. With a baby with us, we were hosted very well, the host lent us childcare equipment and small toys, thank you again! Although there is an adjoining wall, the accommodation is very well soundproofed, neither the host nor we ourselves heard the other. The indoor pool is obviously a big plus, the place was very well designed and it was a great pleasure to enjoy it in the middle of October (respecting of course availability and safety instructions) Contact with the host is also very positive, very responsive and attentive. We highly recommend this listing!

We had a great time, Christiane welcomed us with great kindness. The accommodation is as advertised: clean, quiet, good location and very pleasant to stay in. Very nice week at Vanessa's. Our host was perfect with the chocolate cake well appreciated by everyone! The house is perfect: neat, clean and very modern. The location allowed us to discover the area with quick access and Villefranque has amenities. We did an afternoon canoe and guinguette ( accessible on foot or 2km car), hike around Villefranque with a panorama of the surrounding Pyrenees. We recommend 100%

the "Maisonnette" is very nicely decorated, clean and nice. The terrace is lovely too. the neighborhood is quiet and close to the city center. Great for a family vacation. we had a great time, and would highly recommend it. thanks to the Hosts.

The accommodation at Odile's is ideally placed to discover the Basque Country in a few days. In addition, it is comfortable, peaceful, with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains. Odile was very welcoming and discreet at the same time. I would highly recommend it!

We had wonderful days in Isabel's house and felt comfortable from the first minute. The house leaves nothing to be desired and it is EVERYTHING and more. It is well furnished and super well maintained. Eva met us before check-in and explained everything in detail. Both Isabel and Eva were immediately available for questions and also gave us helpful tips for the area. The pool was also well maintained and after a nice beach day, it was a great way to cool off in the afternoon. The bedrooms are air-conditioned, but we still managed well without it. The fan in the living area creates a very pleasant indoor climate and the fully opening sliding windows make the living room practically in the garden. For us as a family (3 children) the house was ideal and has a fantastic size. It is super centrally located to also take excursions such as to Biarritz, San Sebastian or the Pyrenees. All in all 5 stars or 100 points. Thank you
