We had a lovely time at the lodge. It was perfect and it met all of our needs. The lodge felt very homely and you can tell that there has been a lot of thought that’s gone into making sure that the space is fully equipped. It’s also very clean and well decorated and fully furnished. Corrina is definitely a super-host. I stayed there with my partner and child. They both had a great time. We were fortunate that the weather was nice so we were able to make the most of the pretty garden. The location isn’t too far from the beaches and other attractions. Yep, we’ll definitely be back soon.

What an amazing weekend we spent at Nick’s place! Thank you for hosting us and we would 100% recommend it to people and would love to come back when the opportunity presents itself! Lovely house in a beautiful location, what a gem - we were pleasantly surprised. Got lucky with the weather too, had the best time. Our daughter loved playing with the toys and learned how to swim in the pool. Thank you again!

We had a fantastic time at Dormestone House. It is an amazing property with so much space so perfect for visiting with family or friends. It was the perfect place to celebrate Christmas. Would love to go in summer when we could use all of the facilities.

We enjoyed a 3 day mini break at the Calf Shed cottage with our 2 children and dog. The cottage itself was nice with open plan kitchen and comfy seating area, and a private garden area which was great for the kids and dog. A big bonus was the heated pool with stunning views. The weather was not great but the heated pool meant we could still use it, which is a short walk from the cottage. The kids also enjoyed the trampoline and table tennis. The main barn was not rented during our stay which meant we had sole use of the pool and play equipment. There was no welcome pack/booklet however the host Alison was quick to respond to questions (wifi password, bin locations, etc). Other comments is the double bed was actually 2 single beds which the kids commandeered and signs of wear and tear here and there. However overall a pleasant trip.

We absolutely loved our stay and will be booking again. The space was clean, warm and very spacious up and downstairs. The design and decor was on another level. We couldn’t get over the beautiful chandelier. We were greeted with fruits and milk on arrival in the large kitchen. Ahead of our journey we were given clear directions to the property. Access was easy and there were clear instructions for the sauna, pool etc. We used the sauna daily. It’s was huge and looked brand new. We were be able to watch the kids swim in the pool from the sauna. The kids absolutely loved the pool and took every opportunity day and night to swim. It really was a bonus to have our own pool. 5 of us stayed for a week and there was enough space in the fridge and freezer for all of our food. I have already recommended the space to my friends.

We had a wonderful (albeit brief) stay at Jane’s beautiful home! The space was spotless, stylish, and so comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The pool was a real highlight, and we’re already looking forward to coming back and making the most of it next time. Unfortunately, we had to leave earlier than planned due to personal reasons, but Jane was incredibly understanding and kind about our situation. She was a fantastic host throughout—thoughtful, responsive, and welcoming. A special thank you for the delicious-looking marmalade waiting for us on arrival! We can’t wait to enjoy it at breakfast. Highly recommend Jane’s place for anyone looking for a peaceful and lovely escape. We hope to return soon!

Trinity Cottage is such a lovely place to stay! The amenities are luxurious from the bed linen to the sofas to the jacuzzi bath. The pool is fantastic and a lovely area to be around and the wild meadow was loved by our kids and dog. They enjoyed running round it so much! For a young family with a dog it was such an idyllic, quiet and private stay and a great base to visit some of the sites across Kent!

Great accommodation! Clean and spacious. Everything has been thought about. Quick response to communication and very easy check in and check out.

This cottage is brilliantly located a short walk from the amazing rye harbour nature reserve with its amazing views & walks (weather a bird watcher or not) Our dog loved the house and nature reserve. Aisling has beautifully equipped and decorated this cottage with the new kitchen a real success. We will definitely be returning

Really nice place. Loads of space over the 3 levels. Master bedroom particularly nice. Really convenient for the beach. The Pilot was great for fish and chips, as recommended. Lisa very quick with responses when needed. Thanks.

Angela’s place was absolutely incredible. One of the most beautiful Airbnb I had stayed at. Perfectly located on Rye’s Main Street, near shops and restaurants. The inside is beautiful, tastefully decorated, and extremely comfortable. Everything was spotless. The claw foot tub in each room was the perfect way to relax after a day of walking around Rye. Angela was extremely accommodating, letting us check in early at no cost. I already dream of coming back!

The house is stunning, the layout is perfect and was spotless. Level 1 kitchen/lounge/outdoor balcony. Level 2 bedrooms. Level 3 attic room with chairs, binoculars and great views (each level has great views!) We were a group of 4 although if 8, the size and layout would have allowed us to have our own space. The bedrooms, 2 with en-suites, a large family bathroom and all with sea views. Watching sunrise over the ocean and the dawn morning bird chorus transported me to tropical holiday vibes. The house overlooks gardens, bluebells and iris were in bloom. Down the house steps and after about 50 metres you are on the sea wall/beach. Jo and Andrew have been great hosts, great communication prior to our trip and provided a welcome pack of really useful local information, thank you for the snacks and wine. Relaxing on the balcony, watching the ocean and world go by was the perfect way to start the trip. If I ever return to Hastings, first stop would be to try and rebook this AirBNB

Amazing location just behind a sand dune off amber beach. Perfect place to stay with kids, lots of games and activities if it’s raining and the beach for when it’s not! Great and clean facilities - everything you could need for an escape to the seaside!

The barn was very spacious, clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The surroundings were stunning with lovely places in the grounds to sit and relax. We also enjoyed watching the rabbits run around and the walk through the woods to a local pub. Peter was very welcoming and we would highly recommend his and Marilyn’s place to stay.

Beautiful little cottage just off the main street with a gorgeous garden .We felt at home straight away . Rye is a beautiful little town and shops and restaurants are a stones throw away. Rachael is a super friendly host and her house ooklet is extremely informative

We had a lovely four night stay with our kids. The gardens were very special and we especially enjoyed the outside BBQ and dining space. The house is in a wonderful setting - very peaceful and right next to the train station to Rye and Hastings (ideal if you don't love country roads).

Really good communication for all my queries and small issue with property that arose . Lovely quiet area and very comfy and nicely decorated house . Slightly earlier check in would be nice given check out is the usual time . Been to the area before and would recommend the area. Also there is a perfect little dog walk just behind the house through a lovely field so that was ideal for my terrier , I just stumbled on it and it was ideal !

We had a lovely time and would certainly recommend to others. Suitable for all ages. We ranged from 2 to 65 and a dog. Beautiful house and huge garden. The house was so well equipped and very comfortable. Milk and juice in the fridge on arrival and the Tunnocks were much appreciated, especially for the Scottish member of the group. Would definitely return as so close to the beach and pub!! Sara.

We internet searched for parking space and close proximity to town, and were prepared to sacrifice other features. But, guess what, everything was good. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, great shower, all spotlessly clean. Lovely little yard for drinking tea and wine. Within 10 minute easy walk are big supermarket, station with hourly trains, pubs, chippy, chocolate box streets.. Oh, and the trains hoot and are no trouble at all. We chose well. Thank you Taz

Great stay at Bens for my partners birthday. Definitely recommend

5 adults and 2 children under 4 years spent a lovely long weekend at the cottage. The house was perfect for us and worked well for 2 small children as there was very little clutter or breakables. The stairs were slightly hazardous for the children but we were able to anticipate and solve any problems quickly. A stair gate might be helpful. The bedrooms were spacious and clean with lovely linen. The small toilet and basin on the 2nd floor was an added bonus. The location was perfect and we were able to walk easily in to Rye. We loved it!

Beautiful place, with amazing views. Quiet and well equipped. We slept well, had wonderful walks along the beach with unspoiled views. The Snack Shark was a gem, we had delicious and fresh seafood for lunch. Also bought some scallops, potatos, asparagus and local pear juice for dinner. The host even provided fresh milk, flowers and grapes, well received upon our arrival. Thank you for a lovely stay.
