The two double bedrooms have built-in wardrobes on the ground floor and stairs to a mezzanine suitable for children with two single sofa-beds. The kitchen is fully equipped including a washer, drier, fridge freezer and all crockery and cutlery. The ground floor bathroom has bath (with shower), sink & WC. This light and airy sunny room has its own entrance exclusively for our guests, via a pair of french doors off a patio, also exclusively for guests use. ensuite shower room and super king size bed. the room has lovely views,and private garden over looking a tree lined paddock, full of wildlife. Enjoy an early morning cuppa in super king size bed, or a evening beverage on the patio, and you may even see an owl swooping and foraging for food. There is a great pub only a short 5 minute walk away.
