All 5 bedrooms (1 in the garden room) are en suite. Parking is for 5 cars & the garden has electrical outlets for the electric George Forman Outdoor Grill.

The second floor Belvedere (lookout) gives extensive views across Rye bay to English Channel. A great base for exploring Hastings, Rye and East Sussex, or simply going to the beach. The Bath House is a truly unique property set in a renovated Turkish Baths. Built in 1868 the property was completely renovated in 2013 and now boasts 3 luxurious bedrooms, a massive 60ft by 40ft living room (complete with fully working bowling alley), a huge dining table for 14 guests and a secret cinema room.

A lovely family holiday home, fully detached, with an amazing view and complete privacy. 5 minutes walk to Camber Sands dunes, at the back of the prestigious White Sand development, this large elegantly decorated and extended house looks directly onto fields, hills and sheep and is not overlooked. The property is fully equipped and tastefully decorated. There is a large deck and fast WiFi . The perfect spot to get away!

The Yard Rye

The Yard is a two-bed interior-designed cottage in the citadel of the beautiful Cinque Port town of Rye. It is situated down a cobbled passageway next to a pretty tea room. PLEASE NOTE – The property can sleep up to two adults in the master bedroom and one child in the single, with a pull-out camp bed if needed for an extra child. We also have a travel cot for an infant. Please be aware we have a steep staircase.

Willow Cottage is a large four bedroom bungalow in the heart of Camber. It's in a prime location with the long sandy beach a stone’s throw away, the property is situated down a private lane with a large back garden, where the beach can be accessed in around a minute from the garden gate. It sleeps 8 guests with private parking for up to 4 cars. Dogs are most welcome to stay with no extra charge.
