an idyllic weekend in a peaceful location in the middle of nature, just walking along the surrounding paths is enough to feel good. The house is very clean and nice, everything you need is there for a family (5 for us). The hosts are extremely kind and caring, we had the chance to watch the cows being milked, approach the little calves and feed the chickens, the young and old have very good memories of this weekend. Thank you so much.

Very happy with our last night. The place is splendid and the proximity to horses makes the moment magical. Not to mention the hot bath that allows us to relax. I highly recommend it. Too bad the weather wasn't on our side for the walk. Thanks again Tristan and Charlotte

Our 4-day stay at Béatrice's was lovely. Beatrice and her husband are very welcoming, they gave us a tour of the house and surroundings, the terrace and showed us all the amenities they have made. The house is typical, "in its juice" externally, and very cozy inside, while maintaining its old character and allowing you to enjoy modern comforts. We had wood to heat the accommodation a little because, at the beginning of October, in the evening it started to get a little cool. However, there was the option of using electric heating if necessary. We really enjoyed the walks in the surroundings recommended by our hosts, including of course the Rougier de Camarès, the Abbey of Sylvanès, the Russian church and the castle of Montaigut and its ecomuseum. In summary, don't hesitate to come to Béatrice's: she and her husband are very welcoming and very interesting. You won’t regret it!

Our arrival was made easier thanks to perfect communication. Christiane was injured, and her husband welcomed us with the utmost kindness. The accommodation was clean and well-equipped. The environment is pleasant and peaceful. We only stayed one night but had the chance to enjoy a beautiful sunset with views of Gissac Castle. We would recommend this listing. Traveling from the USA and making my way through the beautiful Côte du Sud, I decided to stop for a night at Karen’s place on my way north to Bordeaux, and wow, what a magical decision that was! The place is exactly as described, only better. It’s charming, peaceful, and surrounded by the kind of nature that makes you consider quitting your job and becoming a poet. Karen herself is a delight , equal parts chef, gardener, and hospitality wizard. She grows her own spices in the garden and somehow turns them into a dinner so good it should be illegal in at least three countries. She's incredibly detail-oriented, charismatic, and patient, like the kind of host who’d gently talk you through how to use a French coffee maker while you’re still jetlagged and mildly afraid of buttons. I only stayed one night, but I left feeling like I’d stayed with a friend. Highly recommend!

Exceptional environment, the cottage is impeccable and lacks nothing, a very pleasant host
