We had an absolutely PERFECT stay at Christine's, Le Timon in Laguiole. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Christine, a very kind host, always available, communicative and with great tips. She made our stay even more enjoyable with her kindness and knowledge of the place. The accommodation is simply exceptional: decorated with a lot of taste, every detail is carefully thought out to offer comfort and well-being. It immediately feels like home. The surrounding setting is beautiful, soothing, ideal for recharging your batteries. A huge thank you to Christine for this unforgettable experience. We'll be happy to come back, that's for sure!

Where do we start! Thierry’s communication from booking was excellent. When we arrived Thierry met us with enthusiasm and showed us around our part of his castle! The castle, built in the 1500’s, has been lovingly restored and has all the mod cons needed! He is a very proud owner and has so much knowledge! His english put our French to shame as he has mastered it well! Thierry spent time with us when we arrived explaining the village and things to do in the area and would message with suggestions he thought we may be interested in (market at Carmaux etc) which was very helpful! When it was 34deg outside the castle was a much needed cool retreat! I can’t fault the accommodation, the area or the owner at all! Don’t hesitate to book Thierry’s part of history -you won’t regret it. Thierry, thank you for your hospitality and if we are ever in the area we will not hesitate to book with you again!

A beautiful place on top of a hill with a great view of the Millau viaduct. Beautifully renovated with an eye for details. kitchen, bathroom clean and bedding and towels fresh. However, dusty and also damp smelling inside. Frantz is nice! And what a beautiful swimming pool he has built! We enjoyed it. Recommended is Le Bistrot des Amis in Peyre. A beautiful small village with a relaxed terrace restaurant with limited menu and particularly friendly staff.

Absolutely exceptional place: spacious, clean, beautifully renovated old building with lovely mix of original components (fireplace, sink, stone wall) and modern comforts, tastefully decorated, again with lovely mix of old and new, extremely well equipped, delightful host, stunningly beautiful location in charming village, yet within minutes of larger town with all needed conveniences, easy parking—just terrific! We cannot recommend highly enough!

The location is just magical! The cottage matches the photos, very well redone, bright, warm decor, beautiful terrace with plancha for lunch, on the banks of the Tarn with small pontoon, not overlooked... In short we had a great time, everything was perfect!

Our family of five spent an amazing four days at this beautiful property in the tiny village of Lentillac Saint Blaise in the Lot region. Jean Charles and Annick are such gracious hosts - we received a warm welcome the first evening, where Jean Charles invited us to help ourselves to everything in his vegetable garden and the kids loved gathering fresh strawberries. raspberries, gooseberries and lettuce. On our last morning we had a wonderful conversation about local authors and the history of the region. Every corner of their house and garden shows fine attention to detail and beautiful aesthetic sense. Jean Charles built much of the gorgeous furniture himself in his metal workshop. The pool is just perfect and beautifully maintained for daily swims after sightseeing in the many magnificent villages and sites around the region. Everything was so peaceful and comfortable. The linens and toiletries are top quality. We would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for a restful stay!

We had a pleasant stay at Marie-Paule's who hosted us very well. The accommodation is beautifully renovated with an amazing view of Bozouls Canyon. We particularly appreciated being both in the heart of the village with all the shops and very good restaurants nearby while enjoying the calm of the place. In short, a must-see in the area!

An unforgettable and wonderful stay. The meals, the environment, the house, the hosts – everything was perfect. This is an exceptional place for those who want to rest their heart and body. Next time, we'd like to stay for at least a week. Many thanks to Mira and Steven!
