Being perched on the hillside, it has an upside-down layout. The carport leads to the first landing which accesses both the office and the rooftop sundeck. On floor below are the three bedrooms (two of which have panoramic sea-view), and two bathrooms. The living area occupies the floor below. The stairs open to the spacious sitting area with the large flatscreen TV, and which leads via patio doors to the front terrace with outdoor seating and steps to the sloping mature garden; imagine yourself relaxing, taking in the views of the sea and Cabo Girão (the second highest cliff in the world) and enjoying the beautiful sunsets! Behind the lounge is the fully equipped kitchen with dining table. A patio door leads to the rear terrace where you will find a covered built-in barbecue and separate laundry room. They were houses composed of an attic, where agricultural products were kept, and a ground floor with the living area. We rebuilt one of these typical "little houses," dating back to 1950, with all the comforts of today. It overlooks the sea/mountains.
