Great location, great view.

The accommodation is spacious and well organized, just like the photos. The living room sofa is very comfortable, so it's great for watching TV and relaxing. The refrigerator was a large size commonly used in Korean households for the Samsung brand, so it was nice to put in fruit drinks, etc. Everything is convenient, including a large TV, washing machine, and dryer. There is a small mart and a Korean-style mart next to the property, and if you go around the back, you can use the massage shops, the Korean restaurant run by the Korean host, the gogeori restaurant, and the kimbap restaurant. The commercial area located in the back was better in terms of price and taste than the main street in front of the accommodation. I've been comfortable staying here because the Korean family, furniture style, and electronics are almost similar, and I plan to use it again next time.

I used it to stay 0.5 nights in time for a late night flight. As a family traveler, I explained the situation that more than 6 or 10 people had to use it until 8pm, and the host agreed to it. Thanks to this, I was able to rest and take a shower on the last day and take a night flight. 호스트께 감사드립니다. ㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡ I used it for a 0.5 night stay to accommodate a late night flight. As a family traveler, I explained that 10 people, 6 more than the maximum capacity, had to use the room until 8 p.m., and the host agreed to it. Thanks to this, I was able to take a night flight after resting well and taking a shower on the last day. Thank you to the host.

I definitely recommend this apartment, it was cosy, clean, has amazing view and location is perfect, 2 min walking distance from beach and many restaurants and coffee shops are walking distance. Communication was great, we even received an early check in, because it was possible. I stayed in other apartments in this building and this was the cleanest, no bad smell, beds wet comfortable also. I recommend it for short or long term stay.

Had a fantastic 3 month stay at Hai Yen’s place. The accommodation is exactly as in pictures. The building is very secure and the security guards present at all times. The apartment itself is spacious with lots of storage place. Bed is comfortable and the ac works beautifully. The water pressure was very good in the bathroom. We had no trouble whilst staying there and will definitely come back to stay again. The apartment felt like a second home to us with all amenities as listed. The WiFi was excellent. Hai yen was fast responsive with all our queries. The building location is ideal for the beach and promenade walks. There are many amazing restaurants and cafes nearby to choose from. We will be back!

Place was great. I’ve staid now in Da Nang several times in several places. This place was close to everything, view was awesome. 1 block from the beach. There was only a cpl things I wanted to mention that I wish there was cooking stuff there such as spices, oil, soy sauce. I don’t want to buy all of that every time I rent a place for a short time. The bed was also too hard for my back. They were so kind and brought me a mattress topper but my back still hurt 😔. I’m giving them 5 stars. If you don’t care about a soft bed then no worries.

My partner and I stayed here for over a month and it was such a spacious and comfortable place for the both of us. We both needed a separate space to work and were so pleasantly surprised at how spacious this was for Da Nang. It's close to all of the great restaurants so you can walk, take a grab, or a short scooter ride. The beach is only two blocks away so the entire area is very walkable. The staff here were immensely friendly and helpful anytime we needed anything at all. We LOVED being greeted by their resident pet Nau. I missed my dog being away from home for so long so this was an unexpected and sweet touch. It made being away from him more palatable. The housekeeping were on top of cleaning the unit every few days and it was perfect for us. Just enough that the place was kept spotless and just enough so we didn't feel it was intrusive. We loved our place here at Louis Mo and would highly recommend this spot if you're considering visiting Da Nang! Thank you so much Nhat!

I recently stayed at a lovely property in Da Nang and had an amazing experience. The host, Frank, was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His attention to detail and responsiveness made a big difference. The amenities at the hotel were top-notch—spacious, clean rooms with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. The property also had some thoughtful touches that added to the experience. While the location is a bit outside the main tourist areas, it’s still very convenient. Using Grab made it easy and affordable to get around, so I never felt disconnected from the action. In fact, being slightly removed from the hustle and bustle was a nice change of pace. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Da Nang! It’s a gem, and Frank’s hospitality makes it even better.

The place was super decorated, especially clean and there were fresh towels every day. The pool was nice, but very busy at certain times, so it was also very noisy. If there was a problem, I got a response right away. To reach restaurants and attractions you need a grave. If that doesn't bother someone, the quiet accommodation is highly recommended!

Flawless accommodation! May has been helpful since day one, she made sure we didn't miss anything. This accommodation located in the à la carte hotel is known to all (Grab/Taxis) and is by the sea, easily accessible on foot, near the dragon bridge. The value for money is very good! Great apartment with amazing location, right next to the beach. Apartment is clean and well equipped, nice lighting and bathtub. Netflix available. Mia provided motorbike rental which was delivered to the apartment to us, so convenient! Just a note that you have to pay extra to use the pool since the apartment is not part of the hotel, that’s no problem but it’d be helpful to know prior to bookings. Overall highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—right in the heart of everything and just a short walk to the beach.
