This place really deserves a 10-star review, but that option doesn't exist. It's one of the best places I've ever stayed. It's super clean, and the area is very quiet.

The place was exactly as described. Very clean and spacious (for a family of four). The butler team was always available and attentive to our needs and questions. They cleaned the apartment every day and changed the linen and towels and provided bottled water. The location is right between Da Nang and Hoi An, in an 5 star resort and a great value. It is quiet and has its own private beach, pools and restaurants. Overall, we had a great time and highly recommend these super hosts!

Great stay - Super comfy bed and great shower! Air con was always perfect temp and the staff at the hotel were really helpful and attentive, beach just over the road and amazing infinity pool with a beautiful sunrise if you can get up early enough! Overall a great stay, thank you :)

This apartment which is in a service hotel was great, clean comfortable. Hotel had very kind and fine service with extremely polite and helpful staff. Louis and his family were very helpful in every way. They helped us to rent a car at very good price, They also have a wonderful restaurant with delicious local food as well.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The host was really accommodating and Mr Vinh, provided amazing service and was very responsive with our requests. A very peaceful stay and so lovely being right next to the pool and walking distance to the beach. I would recommend this accomodation again for sure! Thank you guys for having us.

A double-room apartment in a hotel. Reasonable price, great location. Just a few steps to the beach. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The beds were really wide and so comfortable that we missed out our breakfast the next morning lol. All in all, it's an absolutely wonderful place for staying in Da Nang if you want somewhere near the beach and your budget is a bit tight. You will relax yourself and feel like home here.

Close to grocery store and night market and only a few minute ride to bars and restaurants AC was very cold and place was pretty spacious for 2-4 people Cleaning was included once a week which was great. Most airbnb I stayed in didn’t have this Host was great

A great place to stay in An Thuong, only a few minutes walk to the beach. Very clean apartment with super friendly service. Lots to see and do and eat within walking distance. We look forward to staying there again!

I had a great time here. the host was very friendly and responsive. she even picked me up from the airport and offered to take me back. the room was clean and spacious. it was very close to attractions. it was totally worth the money. I recommend this place and would stay there again.

I feel so grateful that I chose Dung’s airbnb for my stay in Da Nang. During the 3 months I spent there, it felt like being at a home away from home. The comforts of the apartment listing, the hospitality of Dung’s team, the impeccable cleaning by the housekeeping lady, were all five stars. For more than once, Dung and her husband went out of their way to fulfill my requests and I’d always be grateful to them for those gestures. As a small business owner myself, I admired the integrity and devotion with which both of them run their Airbnb and restaurant business. Their teamwork is truly inspiring. We stayed for 1 week in Da Nang at Tuyet's place and I can say it was the best place to be at! We were lucky to come across this place and will definitely stay again here when we come back! Tuyet and her husband/partner were very welcoming and accommodating, from the pre-arrival, during the stay and even upon check out. They rented us a motorbike for a very good deal, and it was ready upon our arrival. WIFI is fast, drinking water is available in the building and the laundry inside the room was very convenient + the really nice balcony! Bed was spacious, AC was working well, the room was really nice, big, quiet and clean. Big fridge, and they have a microwave and electronic stove. The place was also 5 mins away from the beach! And 2-3 mins (by motorbike) away from all the shops and restaurants. It was close to the night market and the dragon bridge! Very good location. Tuyet was very helpful in restaurant and tourist spot recommendations! The place and the hosts definitely made our stay more convenient and enjoyable! Will definitely come back again. Very attentive and friendly host with her family living on the first floor. I could always communicate the host via zalo whenever I forgot the key or have some inquiries. Room was tidy and had a lovely interior. Only a few minutes walk to the beach and there're plenty of cafes and local restaurants around the house. I will come back for sure and highly recommend to anyone :) Thanks again for the pleasant stay for two weeks.

I stayed for 42 days from the 2nd week of January on the 7th floor, I felt very comfortable with the apartment, everything was as it was described in the listing, sunny and bright with good bathroom's and bedroom's, the kitchen is also good. I hired a motorbike and kept it in the garage below the apartment block. Location of the property is great, close to the beach, bars and restaurants, its a great place to stay for a holiday.
