great place, view, and host team! great spot for one or two people. 1 block of the ocean and near by many restaurants

everything is good, clean and spacious apartment. Mai is so friendly and warmly welcomed me. Near Helio Night market and some local restaurants, I highly recommend this place because of washing machine and dryer are available in apartment.

The house is very clean and warmly decorated. The landlord is a very friendly person. She takes good care of us and makes us feel very warm. Da Nang is a very good city. The people here are very friendly, the food is delicious, and the streets are clean. We will definitely come here again in the future.

The best value! If you don't need a high-rise view and want to be comfortable, I highly recommend it:)

I stayed at Betty's place for a month and it was great. It had all the things that I needed including hot water for showers, washer, cookware, and internet. There is an A/C unit in every room and it worked well. The bed is firm which is good for my back. Betty is very responsive and I enjoyed our conversations regarding running and motorbike. The hu tieu cart across the street was great and cafe muoi downstairs was excellent. The location is conveniently close to the Dragon Bridge and Son Tra night market.

I extend my stay here cause I felt really comfortable in that place. The flat is spacious, super clean and have all amenities and everything what I needed for a longer stay. Especially when you need to work - dedicated space, comfortable chair and fast Wi-Fi. Hosts are super friendly, always responsible and helpful with all my questions. Whole stay was a great experience in Da Nang! I really reccomend :)

Leila & her husband are very helpful in everything. Her house is worth every penny. The location is nice if you want a peaceful area with cheap restaurants and convenience store around. During my stay at the ideal experience villa in Danang, I was truly impressed by the cleanliness of the place. Every corner of the villa was spotless, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The surroundings were incredibly peaceful, allowing me to relax and enjoy the beautiful views without any disturbances. The staff was extremely friendly, always ready to assist with a warm smile and helpful service. It felt like a home away from home. I recently stayed at a lovely property in Da Nang and had an amazing experience. The host, Frank, was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His attention to detail and responsiveness made a big difference. The amenities at the hotel were top-notch—spacious, clean rooms with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. The property also had some thoughtful touches that added to the experience. While the location is a bit outside the main tourist areas, it’s still very convenient. Using Grab made it easy and affordable to get around, so I never felt disconnected from the action. In fact, being slightly removed from the hustle and bustle was a nice change of pace. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Da Nang! It’s a gem, and Frank’s hospitality makes it even better.

It was very spacious and pleasant, so it was good for 2 families to use. I use a microwave, washing machine, and dryer, but it's okay to use it. They also bring you a towel right away when you request it. If I come to Da Nang again, I will visit again.

I loved my stay here. The apartment looked just like the photos and had all the amenities for a long stay (laundry detergent, shower products, etc). The hosts reached out to offer weekly cleaning and were always super responsive and friendly. Music from the beach can be a little loud in the evening but always stops by 11 or 11:30 (obviously not the host’s fault, just something to be aware of for any early birds). Rooftop pool was gorgeous. Would happily stay again!

Enjoyed my stay. Fast wifi, good calm location. It’s ~15min drive away from the city center. The pool and beach areas are also nice. Would recommend:) Thanks again for hosting, would stay here again.

Ngoc is superb. Communication is proactive and effortless. Location is just the best. The flat is cozy. Small bits can be better but I found my new regular place in Da Nang :) Thank you Ngoc!
