Absolutely great view over the DaNang. We were looking for apartment with top panorama views and this one is probably the best! 40 floor, balcony looking to the beach, dragon bridge, Lady Buddha. Can watch the beach volleyball game on 1 am :) Apartment is pretty good: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, good kitchen, normal WiFi, washimg machine. Location is very good. Everything you need in a few minutes walk, beach is like 3-5 mins walk only. Very satisfied with our stay there.

A modern swimming pool, measuring 3.2 x 8 meters, is surrounded by well-maintained greenery and features a vibrant blue tile border. Bright sunlight reflects off the clear water, and tall palm trees are positioned around the pool area, enhancing the outdoor space.

please was overall very nice and the host was incredibly nice and responsive. very impressive response rate and speed, and he went above and beyond, helped us organize tours, and offered flexible check in/out. The pool was very nice and the rooms/bathrooms were modern and well maintained. Very close to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. Overall a great place to stay. main complaints/feedbay is: (1) there are lots of construction going on and it's very noisy during the day. hanging out by the pool was a bit unpleasant because of that. but this might be a problem for any Airbnb in the area (2) kitchen didn't have clean sponges/rags (we had to go out and buy some).

사진이랑 똑같은 너무 예쁜숙소에, 호스트님도 너무 친절하고 지내는동안 세심하게 배려해주셨어요 :) 카페, 마트가 걸어갈수있는 가까운거리에 있어서 위치도 전혀 불편함이 없는 숙소에요 혹시나 동남아숙소라서 벌레나 도마뱀나올까봐 걱정이신분계시면 고민하지말고 무조건 여기 예약하세요 정말 깨끗해서 후회없을꺼에요💗! 또 다낭에 가게되면 재방문하려구요 ㅎㅎ

I felt very comfortable, quiet and safe in this villa. The owner was also very helpful. It was great to be picked up from the airport. The pool was also a good size for swimming and playing. But please pay attention to the cleaning of the house :)

I’m an Australian guy from Sydney who stayed for 3 months. I have stayed at a lot of places over the years, and this property was hands down the absolute winner. Minh the host struck a perfect balance between making me feel like family, and ensuring I could live my private life in a perfect clean space, which was in the best spot in town. He was always happy to share local recommendations, took me out for coffee, food etc., and helped me out on multiple occasions when I ran into some personal health issues. Really great guy. In terms of the apartment - it’s an unbeatable combo in this price range. You’re near the beach, walking distance to the markets, main going out strips, coworking spaces, Pho, and there’s a great local coffee shop down the road. It’s very quiet, and Da Nang is an excellent city. You’ll have everything you need here. Don’t hesitate, book today. Highly recommended. Thanks for the great stay.

I loved this apartment, it's clean, bright, and spacious. Internet was very strong (room has its own wifi). The kitchen is well stocked. It's close to the beach and tourist area. They also have 2 little dogs and a cat that live on the ground floor, you might get to meet them :) The only potential downside I would say is because its on one of the main tourist streets, there is noise at night. Wouldn't recommend if you are an early or sensitive sleeper.

이 숙소에 최고 장점은 뷰와 위치입니다. 다낭에서 기대해본적 없는 높고 광활한 뷰였습니다. 위치도 미케해변과 가깝고 주변 맛집도 많습니다. 그리도 무엇보다 호스트가 친절합니다. 건물 자체가 조금 낡았지만 깨끗하고 좋았습니다.

Such a beautiful beachfront villa. Pool temperature was perfect and well shaded in the afternoon so the kids could swim for hours without getting sun burned. Linna was an excellent hostess and helped us navigate Danang area and helped us coordinate transportation and excursions. Would highly recommended for any family or group looking to vacation in a top notch resort.

We stayed as 4 adults and 3 children under 6 years old. We took our own kids plates, bowls and cutlery which made things easy for us! All children can swim enough to be safe in the pool. The pool was deep. A short walk to the beach and plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. The hosts were always on hand. Grab app was really useful for ordering food and taxis. We would stay here again. you could easily sleep 12 here. 6 adults would fit comfortably around the inside table and the upstairs outdoor table is massive. Such a lovely trip we will likely be back!

Die Gastgeberin war zu jederzeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 6 Leuten. Die Gastgeberin hat einen kostenfreien Transport am Anreise und Abreisetag vom/zum Flughafen organisiert. Sie hat uns ebenfalls Tickets für die Ba Na Hills organisiert. Die Zimmer waren alle sehr sauber. Es gibt in jedem Zimmer eine Klimaanlage. Es gab einige kleine Schimmelflecken in der Dusche, dass war aber für uns erträglich und Bedarf keiner Reklamation. Es gab insgesamt 4 Bäder und einen großen Billardtisch im Wohnzimmer, den wir des öfteren genutzt haben. Es gibt einen Pool und kostenfreies Wlan. Von der Unterkunft erreicht man innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu Fuß den Strand und diverse Restaurants. Ansonsten lohnt es sich die App Grab herunterzuladen und darüber einen Fahrer zu buchen. Sollten wir nochmal nach Da Nang reisen, buchen wir die Unterkunft gerne wieder.

A great spot in a good neighborhood. Lots of cafes and dining options around. Really all you need is around you. Pharmacy, shopping, electronic stores, and easy walk to the beach.
