Beachfront vacation rentals in Cẩm Lệ District

This apartment is new or recently remodeled--appliances and fixtures still have manufacturers' tags on them. Location is great--just three blocks from the beach and near some good restaurants. Not in the center of town, but cabs here are cheap and easy to find. Host Duy was helpful and easy to get along with.

We really loved this place to stay. Linh always responded right away and did everything she could to help. We stayed for a month and love the space and layout of the apartment as well as the short walk to the beach. There is inexpensive local food everywhere as well as nice restaurants. Convenient stores on every corner. The beach is stunning with a ton of space to enjoy the ocean or walk the sidewalks even when it’s busy with people. It’s particularly beautiful at night with all of the lights. The only problem we had was an ongoing construction project that was going on in the apartment above us from the time we came to the time we left. Constant drilling, sawing, and hammering. I believe this problem would not affect future guests but you may want to be aware that the walls aren’t very sound proof. Overall, we were happy with everything else and it was an affordable place to stay on the beach!

It was a nice apartment and good stay

We've stayed here for more than a month and we loved everything about it! The owner was very responsive; the location is very close to the beach and many good restaurants/cafes... The apartment is quite spacious for a couple, internet is fast and stable, weekly cleaning service is included. We've also been provided with a free taxi trip from AND to the airport, which we appreciated a lot.

Fantastic 1 month stay. I have been stalking this apartment for 3 years and it didn't disappoint. The location is insanely good, right on the beach. The security staff were lovely. Definitely recommend.

Отличное жилье, в целом. Помещение слегка грязное по заселению пришлось убраться, что немного омрачило общее впечатление, но в остальном все прекрасно. Хозяйка очень общительная и готова прийти на помощь в случае необходимости. Всегда готова дать совет или подсказку что в целом сделало пребывание более комфортным. Район апартаментов соответствует описанию, море в 5 минутах ходьбы, рядом есть все необходимые магазины. Рекомендую к заселению:)

Absolutely wonderful apartment hotel in a convenient and central location. The pretty apartment looks just like in the photographs and is kept very clean by the lovely housekeeping ladies. Worthy of mention are the two wonderful front-of-house reception staff (the young male receptionist being particularly helpful and kind and speaking great English). The facilities are also kept very clean; the compact hotel has all one could need. I would love to return a second time for my next Da Nang stay.

This is Residence B of Hyatt Resort which is a super duper huge compound. All amenities which you want will be there and can be used. All at the fraction of the price paid by Hyatt guests!

2주 정도 머물렀는데 다낭을 즐기기 위한 완벽한 숙소였다^^ 10명까지 머무를수 있는 숙소지만 친구와 가족이 번갈아가며 보통 2인~3인이 머물렀다 근처에 휼륭한 쌀국수집과 카페가 있으며 바로 앞에 마트가 있으며 특히 청소 서비스는 5성급 호텔이 부럽지 않을 전도였다 낸녀에도 기회가 되면 꼭 방문할 예정이다 정말 추천하고 싶은 숙소이다

This villa is within a lush complex, offering a lot of privacy on the perimeter. It’s peaceful enough to hear the ocean, just 200m away, and no other noise except nature (e.g. bullfrogs). The villa is spacious and kept cool with air conditioning—one minor issue was quickly resolved. The grounds are immaculate, with gardeners tending jackfruit and starfruit trees. The kitchen is functional, though cabinets are worn (one taped shut). Appliances like the fridge, stove, microwave, and rice cooker worked perfectly, and a small food/drink supply is available for purchase. The shower had great pressure and extremely hot water. The common area pool bar offered cheap drinks, and a very strong pour ( too much for me!). The gym was very well fitted. Staff were very friendly, and we saw no tourists, adding to the tranquility Note: this is a developing country, don’t be stingy and learn phrases like “hello” and “thank you”—it’s a simple gesture and I’m shocked how many tourists don’t.

We had a great stay! The place is beautiful, spacious, and in a great location—close to stores, restaurants, and the beach. The rooms were cleaned daily. A special thanks to Minh for his kindness and help with a package that had to be delivered to his address. His hospitality made our experience even better. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

The apartment has great location and view. The host was very nice. But the area is very noizy. Some guy is selling banh bao on the street at night and early in the morning. There also was smell in one of the bathrooms so we mostly used another one. Also some ants on the kitchen. These are problems of the building, not the apartment, but I recommend the host to do something about it.

Host offered free airport pickup so the check in to the room was easy. At floor 32 out of 41 floor, you have a great view of city and the beach. It’s central located so it has plenty things to do and to eat. The beach which is rated one of the best beaches, is just 5 minute walk, across the street. We were able to stay extra hour passed our check out time since we had a late flight out. 3 ACs were perfect but we enjoyed the fresh air most of the time. Showers and sinks had hot and cold water. Kitchen has everything you need. You were offered slippers (green and red) for use in and out of the room. Internet was great. Highly recommended. Will use again in our next stay.

We stayed here for 7 days. Location is awesome. We walked almost everywhere, including the Dragon Bridge. In case you’re wondering, it’s a two hour walk to the Lady Buddha 🙂 Having a second bathroom and shower is so practical for a couple. The kitchen amenities are very basic, but we only had breakfast at the apartment. No need to cook in Vietnam. Host is very responsive. They delivered a new 5 gallon drum of water as soon as we indicated the current one was getting close to empty. Once in a while, you have to wait on elevator. There are 5, with 41 stories to serve. We are on 35th floor. All in all we were very happy and would definitely come back here.

This apartment exactly looks like shown pictures. Very very super clean and provided kitchen utensils enough to cook. The host was very polite and responsive. Location was great everything we need is around the corner. We had a very pleasant stay. It was worth the money.

It was a wonderful experience in Da Nang.. The view from the home was just outstanding. We really enjoyed our stay there. The host was so good and so helpful that it made our lives so easy at Da Nang. We strongly recommend this place..

We had an excellent stay at Đông and Chau’s apartment. The block was secure and quiet. The space was clean and well-maintained, everything worked properly, nothing was broken. The kitchen suited our needs and the work spaces were suitable for two people. The proximity to the beach was a real treat and really made our stay special! Taxis could easily find our apartment, and we were very close to convenience stores, restaurants, hawker stalls and bars. One improvement could be to add a microwave to the apartment. We cooked at home a lot (the induction stove was great) but we couldn't warm up leftovers. Đông and Chau were very responsive and kind, and even gave us advice on where to go and what to do during Tết. There were zero communication issues. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting Da Nang! Just a note: there are some karaoke bars nearby, and sometimes they sing late into the night, so bring earplugs for those times.

We had a great stay at Trang's place The apartment is modern, clean and has everything you need. Looks just as on the pictures with a beautiful view from the balcony. The whole building/block is massive but well maintained and in a perfect location. There is also security downstairs but not like it matters as everywhere around feels save. Trang arranged for someone to pick us up from the airport and she replies quickly in case you need anything. I highly recommend if you are considering this apartment.

i had a really nice stay with a friend at Đông's apartment in Sơn Trà, near the My Khe beach of DaNang. walkable about 5 minute to the beach, and many restaurants and cafe. it's spacious with two bedrooms, a small kitchen and "Living room", though there's not much decoration and could not get the TV to work well. air conditioner works well, and bonus for hot water and a washing machine too. nice with parking for motorbike in the garage. chau is very helpful with everything . :) i would stay here again to be in the neighborhood, though next time i might like to be across the bridge downtown. :) thanks Đông!
