We are situated in Roy Bridge 15 mins outside Fort William, (12 miles) close to amenities and a short walk to the train station. The perfect base to explore the Highlands. The room has a private entrance separate from the main house. The en-suite bathroom is located downstairs. Upstairs there is a loft bedroom with double bed along with tea and coffee making facilities, tv with Netflix and fridge. The perfect base for all outdoor pursuits with maximum privacy in a beautiful, peaceful setting

Unique, single-room glass-fronted hut in a silver birch/rowan wood on a small hill, full of character with a spectacular view 25 miles to the East. Rannoch Moor is a place of peace and tranquillity, there is no noise (after the 9.05pm train) and no light pollution. Weather permitting, you can watch the stars and sunrise while lying in bed, see deer walking in the wood, experience being cosy in the midst of dramatic weather or listen to the dawn chorus. Briar Barn is a self contained, converted barn which sits next to our house. It is a warm and cosy affair with heaps of rustic features including exposed stone walls and beamed ceilings and a log burning stove. The spacious converted barn boasts a fully fitted kitchen, Wi-Fi , Freeview Tv in the lounge and in the bedrooms , comfy lounge and dining area, a fully tiled Shower room with a heated towel rail, 2 bedrooms and a patio where you can sit and enjoy the tranquil, mesmorising views.

Foulis Castle is a 15 min walk away from the Storehouse Restaurant & Farm shop, which is situated on the shore/beach of the Cromarty Firth (Mon-Sat, 9-5pm). You’ll love my place because of privacy of having your own country retreat within beautifully landscaped gardens. My place is small with one bedroom that contains either x2 singles or zip&link super-king size bed. The 3rd guest is on a roll-away mattress ideal for a child.
