Quiet place, good location and always attentive to my stay

We stay at Moises place only one night!! The place is very nice and has this little things that makes you feel very comfortable… well decorated and with a nice garden. It was perfect for us because we were traveling for a long period and we need to rest because the following day we have to go to the airport and the department is pretty near.. 10 minutes by taxi. Moses was always attentive and very kind and he respond immediately to our questions

The accommodation is pleasant, spacious and safe, Juan Carlos and his mother were very kind, they allowed us to enter before time since we were very tired of the flight, they gave us several recommendations, nearby there are several places to eat at any time, commercial squares in case it takes something and to go to the malecón in 10 minutes by car, to leave for Bacalar and Belize, it is very quick from that point.

I would go back again. A small but well-furnished house, with everything you might need, even for longer stays, because it is safe, clean, equipped, nice and comfortable. I was left with the impression that Sergio strives to offer good accommodation and to be attentive to his guests. The location was good for us. Recommended!

The house is very nice, spacious. The decoration is very cozy. The kitchen utensils allowed us to eat at home, when we needed it.

The accommodation is perfect, it has two rooms with its full bathroom each, it has a main kitchen that is next to the living room and dining room, although it also has another smaller kitchenette in the second room, that was very useful since we were two separate couples and each one was able to make their meals without interrupting the preparation of the other. There is a pool in the facilities that is very nice and always clean. The apartment is modern, the towels and the covers are very clean. Another plus is that it has parking inside the premises and the entrances have a fence, which makes it feel more safe and comfortable. The center of Bacalar, is about 5-7 minutes walking, so it is very close. A thank you to Eli, who was always attentive to our stay, was always very kind and with a great disposition.

The place was exact as we imagined, the unpaved entrance road, but it's normal for a private place and by the lagoon. Verónica received us super friendly, we checked in very late at night and she was attentive and explained everything in detail. The place is very clean, the towels super clean, the beds too. As a note: They need an oversize or bedspread on top of the bed sheet, but other than that, everything is fine. It's a rustic place and I really liked that I didn't have a TV to appreciate the beauty of the area. I work remotely and the wifi worked perfect at all times. Victor (the host) is super helpful at all times and with a very quick response to any questions. Recommended if you go as a couple without children and you are looking for something very simple as you think you are out exploring the area.

This is a perfect place to stay if you want to be close to the lagoon but still in a more quiet area. The accommodation is very nice. We directly felt very comfortable. All rooms (bedroom, bathroom, kitchen/living room) are spacious, beautifully furnished and clean. Brenda and Leonel are very likeable people. We definitely recommend to stay here whether for a short or longer stay. It‘s the perfect place to stay in Bacalar.
