Welcome to ARTEna, our small apartment in Kassel. The apartment is 39 square meters and faces north. Through the large window fronts in the living-dining room, the room is flooded with light and you have a beautiful view of the garden. The kitchenette is equipped with everything. - Dishwasher - Stove with oven - Range hood - Fridge with freezer compartment The ceiling height in this room is only 1.95 m. The bedroom adjoins this room. The bedroom has a 1.60 m wide bed and a walk-in closet. Linens and towels are included. In the bedroom is the TV and a small desk. From the bedroom you enter the bathroom, which has a shower. Outside there is a small glass house with plants and seating. In front of the apartment is a beautiful terrace with garden furniture. The apartment is located in Kassel/Kirchditmold. Here you are in the middle of the countryside in the immediate vicinity of the forest. You can walk to Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe. However, there is also a good connection to public transport. The front west with its Wilhelminian-style buildings is four tram stops away. Here it is particularly beautiful and diverse around Bebelplatz. Grocery stores are within walking distance. We are happy to give you tips on what you can experience in Kassel and the surrounding area.

Sleeping places in the countryside, bakery, homestay

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on the property. Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, purely minimalist! Adventure instead of luxury.

Good public transport connection to the city. For Safety reasons we CANNOT accept children. NO pets. The apartment has WLAN, a high-quality kitchen with electric kitchen stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and kitchen equipment, a bathroom with walk-in shower. The closed 4-room apartment with wooden floors and loft-like character is 70 square meters and is located on the top floor of the house. You overlook the Hercules and a beautiful garden. All 3 bedrooms have a flat-screen TV. 2 bedrooms have a double bed, the single bedroom has a bed 1.20 m wide. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, oven, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, etc. The daylight bathroom has a shower/bathtub. A hair dryer, towels and various care products are provided.

House on two levels on our farm. Ground floor: Fully equipped kitchen. In the living room, there is a sofa (convertible), a dining table, a TV, a wood-burning stove for cold winter days, and a half bath. The bedroom is accessed via a ladder. A large bed (180 x 200) and a standard bed (90 x 200) are provided, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. In front of the house, there is a construction site. Parking in front of the main house; Wi-Fi and satellite TV available. NO dogs allowed!

Our apartment is lovingly decorated, located on the 1st floor and is about 50 square meters. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy sitting area. The bedroom has a 180 x 200 double bed and in the living room there is another sleeping accommodation, a 140 x 200 bed. Right next to the apartment is a large roof terrace with beautiful views, which is for your use only. The historic city center, supermarket and train station are within walking distance.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.
