An unforgettable house and I will definitely be back. Place in a sensational condominium with infrastructure of cold and heated pools with a daily cost of R$ 30 per person but being able to use it the entire day, an option when you don't have scheduled tours. The House is complete, spacious, beautiful and large outdoor area, internment, kitchen, living room, bathrooms and spacious rooms, Maria is always willing to help us in every way. We were well attended by both Maria and the condominium where I made friends with people. It has an internal bakery, you can go hiking, the Pet was comfortable in the house and in the condominium with daily walks and also when we went out. Excellent in everything, I recommend this home.

The house is amazing. From the first contact, check-in, stay and after, only compliments. Viviane is super quick to respond to messages, tells us places, such as supermarket, butcher shop, distributor, pharmacy.. very thoughtful and was a dear, giving me a birthday cake, since I was celebrating my birthday at the house. I was delighted with this treat. The house is super well maintained, clean, organized, with very fragrant sheets and towels. We felt at home. We loved it and will definitely be back. Super indico! At first it was a little hard to find, but we soon found it and we didn't have any problems anymore, a great house and she always ready to assist us, on the way out we needed more time and understood and helped us, very grateful and sure to return to Caldas, we would stay again.

An awesome place and a super host. I really appreciated having a host who spoke fluent English. It was very home-y and we just wanted to hang out together around the pool, which we did. We look forward to our next visit.

If all hosts were like Adriano, it would be wonderful. The flat was very organized, with nice decor. Extremely complete, from kitchen to bedding, cleaning supplies... I felt at home. Adriano was also very kind to welcome us with some treats, lol... in addition to sending tips on places to go out, dine and water parks... super recommend it.

Very nice, large and pleasant apartment, has plenty of appliances for cooking and preparing meals. Hotel with 7 to 8 swimming pools and a very quiet environment, great for those looking to rest and escape the hustle and bustle of big hotels.

He anticipated the check-in, which made it easier to enter without lines and postponed the check-out, allowing us to enjoy the club more and leave in lines as well. My experience in the apartment was excellent! From arrival to departure, everything went perfectly. The place was extremely clean, organized and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great, and the atmosphere was quiet and pleasant. Communication with the host was also very easy and cordial. I would definitely stay here again and I strongly recommend it to everyone!

The house is really as advertised! Good! Check-in was very time-consuming, there was only one attendant at the reception and it took a long time! The kitchen items in the house are very few (pots, glasses and forks) as we spent most of the day away from home and did not have dinner in the house, it met our needs! However, if it's a family that needs to cook, it doesn't work! Even because the stove has only two burners! The structure and security of the place is impressive! A single reservation is for scares we got inside the house (our door was open) and suddenly people appeared shouting at the door to sell tickets to Lagoa park! I think the personal approach almost inside the house is not good! The house has served us well!! Even with some reservations, we like it!

Smooth check-in and check-out, the apartment is new, and includes hotel-style amenities (bed linens and towels for use in the apartment) and housekeeping. There are kitchen utensils such as cutlery, plates and glasses. The pools are mostly cold, unlike other hotels in Caldas. Just one that was a little warmer. They could vary the temperature from a colder one to a very hot one, to try to please the most diverse tastes. We only used it on the day of arrival, when we chose to have a meal there, too bad several products on the menu were missing. We opted for a meat with cassava that was okay. The children used the society field every day and there were always more young people to play ball. We dine in the restaurants near the reception, where there is a hamburger joint, crepe, craft beer, an Italian restaurant and regional food. We intend to return in a warmer season, to make better use of the pools and the resort area.
