I loved it!! Everything was very clean and organized, family atmosphere. Just as a suggestion, if the apartment had a bucket for beer it would be cool because the hotel didn't have one and it was suggested that we buy one.

Very comfortable apartment, located on the 6th floor, overlooking the pools. The hotel is amazing, has many pools, the location is wonderful, the clean is impeccable, the host always answered me quickly, and asked all the questions before check-in, and I highly recommend it.

Very cozy apartment and extremely clean and organized park

I went with my husband to spend the weekend and we loved it. Super comfortable accommodation, everything very clean, excellent service. Robenício was super helpful, answered all messages, answered all our questions. We will definitely be back!

Everything went very well! Eliane always responded to us very quickly from the beginning. The apartment is great, very spacious, clean and with very comfortable beds. The hotel service is excellent, too. Lots to do all the time. They were wonderful moments and we will certainly return.

Great apartment identical to the photos is well decorated. The location near the city center of the attractions of to walk and has many water parks nearby, the kitchen with gas stove and microwave in the apartment makes life even more excellent and helped us a lot, Jedilson very attentive responded to me very quickly and the pools and attractions of the hotel are wonderful.

The stay was pleasant, despite the short time. The host was very helpful, which made me very at ease. The resort has an incredible view of the lake — a true haven for those who want to rest and escape the noise of the city. Check-in and check-out were also super quick and practical, which is a very positive point. Some details can be adjusted: the bathroom sink was clogged, which made it difficult to use, and the double mattress moved a lot with any movement. It's not a problem, but it's an uncomfortable issue. During the three days of the stay, the resort's jacuzzis were defective and did not work properly without the jets and the water was not very hot, I believe these were isolated problems. Overall it was a good experience and, with minor adjustments, it can be even better.

Sensational place!!! - Vinícius is one of, if not the best host we've ever had in the App!! the district resolved initial issues very quickly and politely. Online check-in is a differential of the place, it greatly speeds up the process. (documentation of the guests and the car and done all online, requiring only confirmation on arrival, which took 5 minutes) this helps a lot when we get tired and with a small child in the car. - The apartment is extremely new, quality furniture and beds with that hotel feel. - Condominium with excellent children's pools, many options, hot and cold... toy, live music by the pool. Really a place for many good adjectives!! compared to many places we've already stayed in 15 years of visits in Caldas Novas, The BEST!! We'll be back for sure.

My family loved the apartment, very cozy place, everything clean and organized. It is exactly next to the Náutico club, where we booked a day to enjoy the club. The view is really very beautiful, very quiet place, very polite and helpful hotel staff. We love! We will definitely be back. Host Maurício was very attentive and polite. Congratulations!

Very good!!! The Mosiah, we responded with attention and kindness, helped in everything that was needed! The place is impeccable, our trip was perfect! It's in the center literally! We walk all on foot. Wonderful!!!

The space was very neat and clean. The beds are of good quality, unlike the hotel itself that charges a higher value and only offers sofa beds or uncomfortable mattresses (we travel in a group and the rest of the staff rented through the hotel). The host was extremely polite and helpful, responded quickly to all our requests. I recommend it to everyone.

We love the space, the condominium has several pools, good, clean, pleasant service… the apartment is new, with planned furniture, air-conditioning, all new and clean! The host was super solicitous, asked several questions for whats and was very attentive! I really like the space and I highly recommend it!!

the apartment met our expectations....the only thing that we think is bad is the hotel... hotel staff a bit ill-educated... live music right on the front door... to enter with a child of it was very bad ...but the apartment was all organized and clean and a good location ....
