Clean, spacious, organized apartment. The condominium is equally organized, with good service from both the staff and the restaurant personnel. The location of the condominium is noteworthy, very close to the center and all amenities: shopping, restaurants, supermarkets, hospital and commerce in general. We arrived on Friday and only used the car again on Monday, to leave. Swimming pools and water park facilities, clean and well-maintained. Great place to relax and take good walks.

The stay at Fabio's apartment was great, I would stay several more days with greater pleasure lol. The apartment is cozy and has a kitchen with an Airfryer, microwave and refrigerator. In my case, this was great, because I have a small child and some food intolerances, so I was able to prepare some meals there. The condominium is very pleasant and has access to the river, which was the highlight of the tour. The river is delightful, the water is super clean and warm. I never got tired of admiring and enjoying it. Anyway, I only have compliments and gratitude for the stay.

Vacia is an excellent host, she passed all the recommendations, and was always available. Diroma's employees are always very helpful and polite. The stay was super peaceful, and our room was in perfect condition. A thousand stars!

The flat is great, everything is new and clean. The pools are also very good and cleaned frequently. I was in Caldas on the Corpus Christi holiday and found it really crowded. The whole city and the condominium too. I'd like to come back during a quieter period.

Our stay was excellent. Township of the major markets Assaí and Day by Day. Lucinete was exceptional, it served us before and during our stay with great promptness and sympathy. We felt at home. We will definitely return. The house has all the utensils and bed ropes. There is a swimming pool in the condominium near the house, where we barbecue, almost no one uses, so we are very comfortable. I highly recommend!

Very quiet place and meets the descriptions. Close to the pool, which makes it very easy to go home. Only beds for 8 people. The others only if you are a child, because the mattress is very thin. There were 9 of us and we were accommodated.

Place in a sensational condominium with infrastructure of cold and heated pools with a daily cost of R$ 30 per person but being able to use it the entire day, an option when you don't have scheduled tours. The House is complete, spacious, beautiful and large outdoor area, internment, kitchen, living room, bathrooms and spacious rooms, Maria is always willing to help us in every way. We were well attended by both Maria and the condominium where I made friends with people. It has an internal bakery, you can go hiking, the Pet was comfortable in the house and in the condominium with daily walks and also when we went out. Excellent in everything, I recommend this home.

At first it was a little hard to find, but we soon found it and we didn't have any problems anymore, a great house and she always ready to assist us, on the way out we needed more time and understood and helped us, very grateful and sure to return to Caldas, we would stay again.
