Apartment in the historic archeological part of Sant'Antioco, with a big terrace. What people like about my apartment: the old furniture, the way I decorated the house and especially the terrace. What people like less: the bedroom with wooden floor faces the street so you can hear some cars passing by, but luckily the street is one way only and we are in a quiet area of the town. Moreover the other bedroom is very silent and quiet.

Sehr zentral gelegene Wohnung mit ausreichend Platz für eine größere Familie. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und die Strandsachen haben uns sehr geholfen. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist wunderbar. Die Treppe zur Terrasse ist gewöhnungsbedürftig , man muss einfach ein bisschen aufpassen. Insgesamt hatten wir eine wunderbare Zeit.

Die Unterkunft bei Sergio war genau wie beschrieben – alles top und sehr sauber! Sergio ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit und reagiert blitzschnell auf Nachrichten. Die Lage ist ruhig, und der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse ist einfach klasse. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Anna Lisa è una padrona di casa molto attenta e disponibile. Ha risposto alle mie domande prima della prenotazione e dopo, in modo preciso e veloce. La casa a noi riservata, molto carina e pulita. E, un tocco carino e gentile è stato quello di averci accolto con della frutta. Abbiamo fatto una chiacchierata e ci ha elencato diverse opzioni per la serata. Si è prodigata per noi in qualcosa che esulava il suo compito. Calasetta è carinissima, siamo stati una notte e due giorni ma ci siamo divertiti tantissimo. Consigliato,

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Einfach alles war perfekt. Das Haus war sauber, gut ausgestattet und entsprach zu 100% den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Zudem könnte die Lage nicht besser sein: Es gibt mehrere traumhafte Strände (sowohl wilde Strände als auch touristische Strände mit Sonnenliegen/Restaurants/Bars) mit weißem Sand und türkis-blauem, sauberen Wasser, tolle Pinienwälder und kleine authentische Läden mit lokalen Produkten sowie gute Restaurants - und das alles in fußläufiger Distanz vom Haus. Im Haus selbst genießt man zudem absolute Ruhe und vor allem der freie Blick von der Dachterrasse über die Pinienwälder auf das Meer ist einfach unvergesslich. Dazu ist Stefan der perfekte Gastgeber: Super freundlich, zuvorkommend und jederzeit erreichbar für Fragen und tolle Tipps. Vielen Dank für alles - wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Erica è una persona speciale, a disposizione per ogni richiesta gentilissima e reattiva. Anche un piccolissimo problema, lo ha risolto in un nanosecondo. Le foto del sito non rendono bene in quanto la vista sul mare è a dir poco stupenda con vista al tramonto sull'isola di San Pietro. Questo appartamento è proprio una "COCCOLA" ideale per 2 persone. Zona silenziosissima in quanto locata su strada senza uscita e quindi traffico auto "zero". Dispone anche di un'altro alloggio sottostante ideale per 4 persone (sempre con vista mare) e credo proprio che Erica la rivedro' l'anno prossimo in compagnia di amici. Calasetta non è Porto Cervo , ma nella sua semplicità mi sono trovato BENISSIMO riscoprendo ambienti sani, sinceri e molto poco snob con a disposizione una moltitudine di spiaggie che ti danno modo di adeguarti ai venti . Posizione dell'appartamento strategica poichè si gode di un mare (scogli) a Km 0,200 e spiaggia bellissima (le Saline) a Km 0,800 ... tutte a piedi !!!

Comfort and Relax near beach

Calasetta was a lovely place to stay for a few days. Laura's flat was great for us a family with 3 young children. Our hosts were very welcoming and spent time with us explaining the nicest spots to go to. Two nice sandy beaches are within 1km walk as is Calasette village centre. We got the ferry to Isola di San pietro and managed to explore some of the most peaceful and loveliest beaches and swimming spots .

siamo stati molto felici di aver alloggiato nell airbnb di Ilenia la zona è molto bella di giorno tranquilla e la sera si ravviva tutto con ristoranti e locali molto belli. la casa è molto vicina al mare e ha tutto quello che serve quindi si può fare tutto tranquillamente a piedi senza utilizzare i mezzi. Ilenia è una host molto gentile e disponibile in tutto vi consiglio molto questo posto di ritornarci.

10 e lode!!! Graziano Host spettacolare, sempre disponibile sia per indicazioni riguardo ai posti da visitare sia per quanto riguarda l'ospitalità. Casa perfetta per esigenze di coppia o per famiglie/amici. Casa provvista di tutto e in zona tranquilla, ideale per raggiungere in poco tempo le più belle spiagge di Sant'antioco. We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! It is very spacious and offers plenty of room to relax. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view – absolutely stunning. The outdoor space was lovely as well and would have been perfect for spending more time outside, but unfortunately, it was a bit too windy during our stay. Still, we thoroughly enjoyed the apartment and felt very comfortable throughout our visit. Highly recommended!
